Benedetta’s apartment was the perfect home for our short stay in Rome. Set in a beautiful historic building, the space is not only stylishly decorated but also incredibly comfortable. Benedetta, as our host, was incredibly attentive and provided us with fantastic local recommendations, helping us discover hidden gems that made our trip even more memorable.

Absolutely amazing communication and a fabulous apartment that oozes style! It was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing the perfect retreat. The bed? Incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! The hot tub and sauna were simply fantastic, super easy to use and added to the ultimate relaxation experience. Only a delightful 25 to 30-minute stroll to the iconic Colosseum and the vibrant city center! We can’t recommend this apartment enough—it's a must-visit!

I would recommend staying at Nicola’s AirBnB to anyone, the location is excellent to walk just about anywhere in Rome. The apartment overall was absolutely beautiful and clean. Nicola and Carlo provided excellent instructions and were very responsive. Staying at their AirBnB was so simple and made our stay that much better because of not having to worry about complicated instructions!

We loved our stay in this great neighborhood. We visited so many bars and restaurants and everything was great. It was lively and exciting but still quiet at night where our sleep was never disrupted. The apartment was beautiful and we were so comfortable throughout our stay. Such lovely high quality amenities. We would stay here again!

Exceeded all of our expectations. Lorenzo even arranged our transportation from the airport and back. He is a great communicator. Lorenzo was waiting for us at the door when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. I can’t say enough good things. Everything is within walking distance. Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, restaurants, lots of different shops, pharmacies. Definitely now our first choice when we fly back!

Fabulous location close to several great sites. The apartment is nicely furnished for a great stay. Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed in Marta's place for 4 nights in Feb. Our stay was overall good. Marta checked us in in person although it was a late hour. Marta was very responsive before and during our stay. Although we booked Marta's place for the sauna and jacuzzi, we ended up not using them fully (not enough time) except for taking bath several times-which felt good after long walks. My family found their beds extremely comfortable (not me. I guess I prefer hard mattresses). Marta told me there would be a dish soap and sponge, but not a laundry detergent in the property before our trip, but we found a laundry detergent, but no dish soap or sponge. We bought them and other stuff, such as extra toilet paper, in a nearby store, so not a problem. The real problem was noise: traffic noise and noise from downstairs' restaurants. It was worse than I expected. I, a light sleeper, had to wear my Boss noise-canceling headset during my sleep. My family told me that they also woke up several times due to noise.

First, Simone was one of the friendliest, responsive, and most accommodating hosts I've ever encountered. His place was undoubtedly the cleanest in which I've ever stayed, and the amenities were fabulous. Neither my daughter nor I wanted to leave! I greatly appreciated his superb and kind communication, and his recommendations for the area were so helpful. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Excellent séjour chez Stefano qui nous a accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse ainsi que des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Hôte toujours disponible très réactif et sympathique donnant de bons conseils sur les transports et tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans Rome. L’appartement bien decoré est bien situé, confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires juste à proximité. Les couchages sont de très bonne qualité et confortables. Encore merci à Stefano et sa petite famille pour son accueil. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

We had a great time and Commendable were fantastic at communicating with us and helping us make rearrangements quickly and effortlessly....this made out visit in Rome a time to remember.

Just an hour from rome, this lovely stay is just perfect. The view from the window every morning, and the restaurants just outside the door, made the location great. The host was so welcoming, and made our stay fun and homey, she just thought of everything! Hope to come again soon...

Apartment is spacious , great location with pleanty restaurants and cafes and you can walk around Rome very easily . Quite neighbourhood. Definetly recommend !

Vi hade en underbar semester i Villan. Massimo var en perfekt värd. Han hämtade en del av familjen vid tågstationen. Villan var precis lika stor och fin som på bilderna. Vi var 12 vuxna och ett barn i familjen. Perfekt med 6 sovrum. Stort bord både inne och ute, där alla rymdes. Hans fru hjälpte mig få tillbaka väskan jag glömde på bussen väldigt snabbt. Och med allt innehåll. Busshållplatsen var ca 350m från Villan. Buss nr 1, det kostade 2.5 €. Från Civitavecchia kunde man köpa bussbiljetter för 1.50 € på Cafet vid busshållplatsen. Smidigt att ta sig till Rom med tåg. En timma tog det och kostade 4.60€ , vi förbeställde. Vi hittade ett litet Cafe nedanför matbutiken som låg närmast. Gott och billigt. Allt som allt en toppensemester. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera denna Villa.

If you are looking for an authentic medieval village experience this listing is for you. You can tell Lorenzo put his full hart and soul into renovating his historical family home. He is definitely a craftsman and an artist. If you have the intention of cooking bring a short chef otherwise the home is fantastic with a picturesque view! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Abbiamo passato due notti con la classe del liceo per festeggiare i 100 giorni dall'esame di maturità. Posto super tranquillo, trovato facilmente (giusto complessa un po' la salita per arrivare) e immerso in una splendida natura. Tutto era pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene da Alfredo, che è stato sempre molto disponibile. Vista la posizione, nel mezzo della campagna e distante circa 15 minuti dal paese più vicino, è un'esperienza consigliatissima per gruppi di amici che vogliono prendersi qualche giorno di relax. Camere da letto semplici e belle, una spa molto carina e una vasca esterna rendono l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Bellissima la cucina situata sotto i casali dedicati alle camere, dove ci sono 2 tavoli all'esterno e uno all'interno che permettono di mangiare tutti assieme. Nel complesso la pulizia generale, le attività da poter fare e la serenità hanno fatto volare questi giorni, rendendo questa esperienza meravigliosa!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella struttura di Stefano, ed è stata un' esperienza fantastica. Dal momento del nostro arrivo, Stefano è stato un host super disponibile, cortese, attento e ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi. L'aperitivo e la colazione offerta durante il soggiorno sono stati abbondanti e molto apprezzati. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di usufruire del servizio sauna e idromassaggio, esperienza unica all'insegna del relax. L'appartamento, come si evince dalle foto, è molto accogliente e fornito di ogni necessità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! ☺️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luca Maria's place! From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. They allowed us to drop off our baggage early, which was a huge help for us. At check-out, she kindly coordinated our airport transfer, making our departure seamless. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better! Luca Maria’s and her son's attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality truly made us feel at home. Their excellent communication and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in our trip. Momo's place provided us a great location to see and enjoy the sites of Rome. Very close to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to many other historical locations. The apartment met all of our needs and Momo was very responsive to our communications. There is an additional local tax that was required when we checked in. The description of the property is very accurate. We would stay here again. Thank you, Momo.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!
