Very nice place to stay. However, you won't find here modern devices and furniture, but everything needed is here. It's also close to the beach. The place doesn't have an elevator, so beware with strollers.

El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

We had a fabulous experience at Rome By the Sea, hosted by Caroline! The apartment and amenities were as described and the space was perfect for our party of six's week long stay in Italy. We had several busy days of touring and enjoyed coming "home" to the peaceful sound of the sea, and cozy living area. Caroline was very helpful in working with us on timing for arrival, and was available to help throughout our stay. there were several books, magazines and brochures about Italy and Ostia in the apartment, which were helpful to us in planning our days locally. Highly recommend this listing!

這是一個傳統豪宅，房子很大，安靜又干淨。房東很貼心知道我們很晚才到怕我們餓。準備了四個麵包放在桌上給我們。 住宿位置位於郊區，鄰近沒有商店巴士站，我們步行了20分鐘才有交通回羅馬市中心 但建議由開車的才選擇，因為意大利的Uber很貴🤣15分鐘車程從機場到住宿30歐。

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Aufgrund eines nationalen Streiks konnte ich kaum von dem Flughafen anreisen, Vito war sehr entgegenkommend und hat lange Zeit auf mich gewartet und mich schließlich auch von dem Bahnhof in Ostia abgeholt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

l'appartement de Simone est conforme à sa description. Lumineux, très confortable, au calme entouré d'un espace arboré, à 10 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 100m de la mer, tout équipé . Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement pour un court ou un long séjour, à 35mn de Rome par le train.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

After a 15 hour flight this is the perfect place to chill relax and refresh. We sat on the beach for hours just starting at the water. A perfect place to land before facing the crowds of Rome. Highly recommend this little place in heaven on earth.

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet bezüglich Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation klappte schnell und einfach.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

It was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful. They even gave us a ride to the cruise port which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean penthouse a short drive from Fiumicino Airport. Alessia was very responsive and helpful, even giving me taxi advice when ride share wasn’t working. Highly recommend

Das Penthouse in Fiumicino war wirklich toll! Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die Heizung hat super funktioniert – perfekt für kühlere Tage. Besonders genossen haben wir den riesigen privaten Balkon. Naoki hat außerdem eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft gezeigt – wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

wunderschönes Apartment, traumhafter Ausblick. nur durch eine kleine Straße vom Strand getrennt. gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr schönes Badezimmer. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. entsprach genau den Bildern. Self-Checkin lief problemlos, auch dank der super Kommunikation mit Andrea. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dauert es bis ins Zentrum Roms etwa 50min mit dem Bus bis zur Metrostation und dann nochmal ca 20-30min mit der Metro (je nach Ziel). wir sind mit dem Auto in die EUR Parasport Umgebung gefahren, haben uns einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gesucht und sind dann in die Metro umgestiegen. sehr zu empfehlen sind der kleiner Supermarkt & Obst/Gemüsehändler direkt in der Straße.
