Alloggio perfetto per un gruppo numeroso, dotato di spazio e bagni per tutti. Avevamo dei bambini e si sono divertiti un mondo. Il casale e' rustico ma arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. La posizione e' tranquilla e perfetta per andare in visita con il treno a Venezia. Dario e' stato super cortese e disponibile. Davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

This apartment was everything we could have wanted. So beautiful, in a great area and such warm hospitality. Christine met us at the Vaporetto stop, walked us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment is close to wonderful restaurants and walkable to all areas. We loved this stay.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

The apartment is fantastic. It is located down a quite walkway despite being amongst a number of shops and cafes in the area. It is an easy walk to the San Toma water bus vaporetto Line. We had trouble with the WIFI which Marco tried to rectified but it was overall unreliable so make sure you have phone data if you want to use the internet. I would stay here again if I return to Venice.

Le logement est en réalité bien mieux que sur les photos, nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu'il soit aussi bien. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et lumineuse, tout était propre. Le grand avantage est sa localisation : il est tout proche de l'embarcadère qui mène à l'aéroport, la rue est très calme mais pas trop éloignée des attractions. La communication avec Elisabetta était fluide et elle était très réactive quand on lui envoyait des messages. Nous recommandons ce logement, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix !

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir haben sehr schöne, interessante Tage in Venedig verbracht. Es war zwar zum Teil etwas kalt. Parterre-Wohnungen in Venedig sind wohl alle leicht feucht, was bei kalter Witterung besonders unangenehm ist. Wir waren dankbar, dass Andrea auf unseren Wunsch, etwas mehr zu heizen eingegangen ist. Die Wohnung ist im übrigen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen.

We booked this last minute and could not have been happier with how it turned out! The host, Massimo, was extremely welcoming and gave extensive recommendations that you could only get from a local. And it was comforting knowing he lives and works out of the same building so he is close by if needed. The apartment was tidy and has every amenity. The location is great too, overlooking a small canal as described. Truly in the heart of this historic city! We absolutely loved our stay in Massimo’s apartment!

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

Persona molto gentile e disponibile, casa molto carina e con tutto l'indispensabile, inoltre zona molto tranquilla e isolata, anche per la nostra canina. Grazie a tutti voi per averla sopportata anche quando ha pianto per la nostra assenza. Posto molto comodo per dove dovevamo andare e vicino ad altri molto interessanti, che magari potremmo visitare in un futuro prossimo. Quindi, tirando le somme, ottimo soggiorno, da ripetere!

El apartamento de Lotus Venice es muy acogedor y hermoso, ubicado en una zona con mucho comercio y excelentes cafés y restaurantes, justo en la esquina encuentras un supermercado. Nos sentimos como en casa, volveremos a la bella Venecia. Muchas gracias a Lotus por estar atentos a nuestras preguntas

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) waren für eine Woche zu Gast bei Elena und Gilberto. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer sehr hilfreich wenn wir Fragen hatten. Über das selbst gebackene, sehr leckere Bananenbrot von Elena haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir hatten genügend Platz für uns alle. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen! Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell alles, fussläufig ist das eher schwierig, man darf sich aber auf Nachfrage ein Fahrrad nehmen :-) Insgesamt möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Elena und Gilberto bedanken, denn wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Great place to stay if you go to Venice. If it would be a hotel I would say its 5 star. It is a bit out of Venice but if you have a car it would take half an hour to get there. The couple is amazing and very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto. Confortevole, pulito e con a disposizione tutti i confort. Valerio è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, si è adattato alle mie esigenze di check in senza problemi e mi ha reso il tutto molto più tranquillo. Sono rimasta nell’appartamento quasi 3 settimane per lavoro e mi sono sentita a casa! Consigliato!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!
