Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Metropolitan City of Venice

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) waren für eine Woche zu Gast bei Elena und Gilberto. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer sehr hilfreich wenn wir Fragen hatten. Über das selbst gebackene, sehr leckere Bananenbrot von Elena haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir hatten genügend Platz für uns alle. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen! Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell alles, fussläufig ist das eher schwierig, man darf sich aber auf Nachfrage ein Fahrrad nehmen :-) Insgesamt möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Elena und Gilberto bedanken, denn wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

On a passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien situé. L’endroit est très calme, plusieurs magasins à proximité. Le centre historique de Venise est à 20 minutes en voiture. Le hôte est très réactif et accueillant.

We loved our stay ! Laura was a lovely host. She met us at the apartment to go over everything, checked in daily, and offered assistance if needed! Her Insta page was also suuuuper helpful finding great spots for meals. The apartment was very fresh clean, and had everything we needed! It was easy to get to, and close to whatever we needed as well. We would stay here again. Thank You!

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Our stay at this Airbnb in Venice was wonderful! The location was perfect—just a 4-minute walk from the S. Angelo vaporetto stop and close to major attractions, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to incredibly comfortable beds. What truly set this stay apart were the hosts, Pietro and Caterina. They were beyond kind, responsive, and accommodating. On our checkout day, my son wasn’t feeling well, and they graciously let him rest and sleep on the couch until it was time for our train. Their hospitality made all the difference, and we’re so incredibly grateful! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. This keeps it heartfelt but to the point. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Perfect place as a base to see the area around Volpago del Montello. Large, modernized old water mill with care for architecture and detail. Ground floor with large living room/kitchen/bathroom, and first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Floor heating which was very nice in March. It is by one of the streets leading into the small city of Volpago and there is traffic passing, but it dies out at night and window insulation is good. Small stream and garden on oppersite side of the street which adds ambience. Osteria across the street with fixed-price-menu everyday at a good price and tasty! - try the frizzante wine. Pizza place further 50 meters up the street - also very convenient! - And a little bit further up again a pasticceria and a panificio for coffee, brioche and bread. Also within walking distance a Coop. Supermarket to buy what you new for breakfast, and finally a bike rental shop just open next to the municipality - perfect! The place is very recommendable!

The pictures do NOT do this place justice! From the minute we walked into the front door with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic wooden beams, we were in love. This AirBNB provided a clean and beautiful space that truly gave us the Italian experience. The location was perfect- quiet and serene but close to all necessary amenities. I can’t say enough about the host and their team- they were so kind and supportive, offering local suggestions and recommendations. If we messaged them, they responded very quickly. If you are considering this place, I encourage you- do it! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Notre séjour à Venise pour le Carnaval chez Francesca a été idyllique. Paolo nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L’appartement est facile d’accès, propre, fonctionnel, très charmant, décoré et entretenu avec soin, confortable … Dans un quartier très agréable, proche de restaurants et d’un supermarché. Je vous invite sans hésiter à profiter de ce lieu adorable en couple ou en famille … nous, nous y retournerons avec grande joie très vite j’espère !

La casa di Raffaella ed Armando, è perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a Venezia, senza essere travolto dalla confusione. È possibile raggiungere Venezia in autobus ed in treno. I consigli di Raffaella e suo marito, sono stati preziosi per visitare Venezia, oltre i luoghi turistici.

L'appartement est merveilleux baigné de lumière avec une vue sur les tois de Venise à 360 C. Grand avec une belle décoration, un joli parquet... la terrasse pour boire un verre au coucher du soleil. L'emplacement est parfait, proche de tous les lieux touristiques mais au calme... La communication a été facile... Je reviendrai à Venise juste pour cet appartement...

Dopo averci dato un cordiale benvenuto, Francesco e Marina ci hanno mostrato l'appartamento già riscaldato e fornito alcune indicazioni per utilizzarlo al meglio. L'appartamento al piano terra ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. E' spazioso, molto pulito e ci sono letti comodi. C'è tutto quello che serve. La zone è tranquilla. Inoltre hai a disposizione all'esterno un porticato dove stare e uno spazio per l'auto ecc. Gradito l'omaggio dell'orto. Grazie ancora per averci ospitato! Se dovessimo ricapitare nella zona ci piacerebbe tornare.

Definitely the location was great. The room was clean and tidy. Also, even if you check out, it is very thoughtful that they reserve a place where you can put your luggage until late. We had a comfortable, peaceful and safe stay. I highly recommend it to everyone. My husband and I thank you.

The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. Alloggio perfetto per un gruppo numeroso, dotato di spazio e bagni per tutti. Avevamo dei bambini e si sono divertiti un mondo. Il casale e' rustico ma arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. La posizione e' tranquilla e perfetta per andare in visita con il treno a Venezia. Dario e' stato super cortese e disponibile. Davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Veronica was a great host would highly recommend her property. We were staying at her property with a group of 8 due to a wedding. Communication was great, and property was clean its very big and private.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful villa, 6 adults and 4 children. Everything worked out perfectly fine, Jutarmas and Stefano are great hosts - friendly, well-informed, helpful. They even prepared the villa for the kids, with practical covers for the couch, toys and plush animals. Thank you very much, it was a great week at the Lido and in Venice.

Nella casa di Marcello si vive immersi nella natura e nella pace. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi. La casa è molto intima e accogliente e gli spazi esterni permettono di vivere all’aperto tutti i momenti della giornata.

Der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren dort mit der Familie. Es sieht tatsächlich noch besser aus als auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit dem Tischtennis und Schwimmbad. Ich kann den Unterkunft wärmst empfehlen!

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!
