The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Lots of space near some great restaurants and far from the madding crowd. Very walkable to main town. Extremely clean area. Check in was simple using lock box and lots of instructions on how things work. The garbage is a bit of a walk takes about ten minutes to get there, if your in on garbage day a man knocks on your door and you hand it over. Main bathroom is a bit hazardous due to the climb up steps to the shower bath. But there is a spare shower next to the main bedroom to use as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Porto Santa Margherita. La maison et la piscine sont en tous points conformes à la description, le voisinage est sympathique, la mer est proche. Parfait pour une famille de six personnes. Nous sommes allés visiter Venise et sa biennale en prenant le train à San Stino di Livanza comme nous l’avait conseillé Alessandra. Très pratique!

Vue imprenable sur le palais Grassi, au bord du grand canal , le spritz fait maison sur la terrasse d’Antonio et Luisa sous un claire de lune … Tout ce qui fait la magie de Venise. Merci à nos hôtes qui ont toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins face à une chaleur caniculaire !

We had a great stay at Marco’s place. It was the perfect location. It’s on a quiet street yet close to a lively area with lots bars and restaurants and also the Biennale venues. It’s also a short walk to St Mark’s Square. The house itself was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were very grateful that Marco’s team arranged for us to be able to leave our luggage somewhere nearby on the last day. We’d be very happy to stay here again! Thank you

Great house in a calm area! Travelled with kids who loved the pool that was just outside the front door. A bit far to walk to the beach but easy to drive (and was even 4 bicycles there to borrow). Caorle city was amazing but going to the beach we preferred to stay in Santa Margherita! Would for sure recommend this place and come back one day!

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Andrea per 2 notti. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi, per un totale di 9 persone. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Andrea è stato un host cordiale e preciso nella comunicazione e nel check in. L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di 2 bagni, con un parcheggio interno molto spazioso. Abbiamo visitato i dintorni (Padova a 20 minuti, Verona a 50 minuti, Vicenza a 30 minuti) in maniera molto comoda. Nel quartiere è presente sia un supermercato che una pizzeria.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Romano nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis. Il s'est regulierement assuré de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour La maison est très moderne, propre, fonctionnelle. La climatisation au top! La plage est juste à côté, la Chioggia est pleine de charme. Nous avons pu faire une petite journée à Venise. Tout était parfait!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Le logement est très agréable dans une impasse au calme. la place San Marco est proche et cela se fait très bien à pied. vous avez à disposition un site avec les commerces et les bon restaurants du quartier. Inès est très gentille et on sens qu'elle veux vraiment que nous passions un bon séjour et cela se ressent dans le logement et dans la communication. je recommande à tous.

Excelente atención de Marina y su esposo fueron demasiado amables además que ella estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras todo el tiempo y nos recogió en la estación del tren y nos llevó a casa, desayuno delicioso, todo limpio y nos sentimos en casa, recomendado 100% y volvería por su gran atención ⭐️

Nós amamos muito a hospedagem , sua casa é linda um lugar aconchegante, e que banheiro lindo, tranquilo, muita paz e energia boa. Agradecemos a recepção, sua preocupação em todos os detalhes. E nós presenteou com um roteiro (off turistas) em Veneza, simplesmente incrível. Voltaremos com certeza!

Wir waren mit vier Kindern in der Unterkunft und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es war alles sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand (Relax Beach) sind ca. 5min und dank reservierter Liegen ein Traum. Das Meer ist durch das flache Wasser besonders für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Ein Spielplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden und die Preise an der Strandbar sind absolut fair. Ein Geheimtipp ist das Restaurant „Buca di bacco“, ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit Claudio war immer freundlich und uns wurden alle Fragen schnell beantwortet.

Tolle, moderne und gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend Platz und tolle Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Einfacher Check-in. Chiara ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It is conveniently located near the train station, bus terminal and water bus stop. We arrived before check-in time, but we was able to leave our luggage there. There are lots of restaurants close by. We like Ristorante Caffe dei Fiori, which is on the same street as the apartment.

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

We had a great stay, it was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is not in the center of tourist areas which we liked, and was near offsite art galleries, cafes, and a great bakery. Pamela was so kind and met us at the bus stop into Venice and walked us to the apartment. She was very responsive and even got us Prosecco. We definitely will be staying here again, it was perfect!

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.
