Renta de alojamientos vacacionales para familias en Metropolitan District of Quito

If you are not familiar with Quito, I think La Floresta is one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. I’d guess there are over 30 restaurants within a 2 block radius of this apartment with anything from hotdogs to sushi and anything in between. High priced to low prices. It’s also a short walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, banks. I was a bit surprised when I entered the apartment, as it was more elegant than the pictures showed. I found Alejandro to be easy to work with, although work may slow his response. Overall I expect I will be back in this apartment again.

El lugar es increíble, de verdad de ensueño!! Todo estuvo muy limpio y en orden. Y la amabilidad y hospitalidad de María es única. 100% recomendado. Sin duda alguna volveremos.

El espacio muy limpio, bien ubicado, Pablo muy atento y nos ayudo con el transporte unos señores súper cordiales y excelente servicio.

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

Pasamos una noche en el apartamento de David a nuestro regreso de un viaje de trabajo. El apartamento está muy buen ubicado, en uno de los barrios más bonitos de Quito. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el apartamento de David y me siento muy cómoda allí: es amplio, la cocina está bien equipada, tiene lavadora y secadora y es muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo altamente!

I stayed at this peaceful farm with my family and two young children, and it was everything we could've wished for. It's beautiful setting made you want to never leave the place due to the cozy comfortable inside and scenery outside. Carmen and Rosa Linda were very attentive to our needs, and were fast to respond to all requests from starting the fire to arranging for my daughters to milk the cows and feed the horses. The whole staff on the farm is very friendly and there to help. It was a truly a unique experience. There's plenty of hiking in the area and it's close to all the sights of Cotopaxi park. The incredible hosts arranged for our transportation, itinerary, and cooked us some of the most delicious food I had during my trip. I can't wait to go back!

lindo departamento, muy cómodo y limpio, un factor importante tambien lo es en la ubicacion en la que se encuentra, siendo en el centro de la cuidad accesible a diferentes lugares.

El apartamento es precioso y tiene unas vistas lindas de la ciudad, además de ser muy luminoso. La zona es muy buena y segura, con todos los servicios cerca.

The place is in a very convenient location at the same time, very quiet and peaceful. The museum and park are nearby. SuperMaxi is within walking distance. Everything I need for living is in good condition, well well-equipped. Cathy is truly nice and friendly, and very easy to contact. I am truly happy to stay in this place. This is SixStar place!!

Amazing location! Traditional and tasteful decor combine with a modern layout to make a really beautiful and comfortable apartment. Just as lovely as advertised, and very fairly priced. Desiree and Andres are wonderful and flexible hosts, who are assisted by Segundo, who is super available and helpful for on-site questions/concerns. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Patricia's place had a beautiful view. It was spacious and quiet. Security was very friendly and we felt safe. The place had very hot water, which isn't always the case. Surrounding was quiet from the apartment. There was shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap and towels provided. If you plan to use the kitchen, you will have to pick up supplies. There was detergent to wash clothing. We took taxis where ever we needed to go. Overall, Patricia's place was as pictured and very spacious. She had great communication and made check-in easy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Our flight arrived at 1 AM and with the car rental arrangements and travel to the house, it was 4 am by the time we got to the Airbnb. But Pablo’s brother, Pedro, was there to welcome us with a friendly smile. The house was beautiful from the inside as well as the outside, in addition to the awesome mountain views in the back. Ernesto, the caretaker, was available to us for anything we needed, and he was very friendly as well, always wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this home when visiting Quito. It’s an excellent location to retire to after a long day of sight seeing and activities.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a este bello lugar. La casa es muy hermosa, el bosque es precioso. Las acomodaciones están listas para usar, es un excelente lugar para pasar con familia y amigos cocinando algo delicioso puesto que tienen cocina a gas, horno de leña, y parrilla. En estas fechas de febrero hace frío, así que hay que llevar ropa calientita, pero igual la chimenea o el jacuzzi calientan muy bien. La comunicación era muy eficiente y rápida. Esperamos visitarlos en otra ocasión!
