Probably the best bang for the buck rental in all of Panama City Beach. Simple, clean, straightforward accommodations. Host was very responsive and check in was easy. The host also let me check in early. Great location, too. About a 2 minute walk to the beach with a Dollar General next door to pick up the basics. Also has a deck that faces towards the ocean, great place to take in the evening. Despite being next to a busy road, with the door closed, it was very quiet. Next time I'm in town I'll stay here again.

Randi was a welcoming and friendly host. The apt is quiet & private- a great retreat! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and ample kitchen to prep meals but also close to lots of restaurants. Very nice!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Definitely worth the stay. The place is clean and easy to find. Great location with stores nearby and beach access within walking distance. Joe was fast to respond and clear with his instructions. We fully enjoyed our week stay thanks to this host!

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

We had a great time at Phil’s condo. It was exactly as it was described and the pictures depicted the condo exactly as it was. We loved the fact that the condo was pet friendly and we could bring our small dog with us. The view of the ocean was perfect. Location was great. It was quiet yet close enough to restaurants and the pier. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was nice to have the umbrella and chairs at least the first half of our week. we did wind up paying for one day so we could hang at the ocean last day. The pool was clean and well kept. we were able to watch them clean it in the morning in the people that we met were all very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

Hannah's place was the perfect family retreat! Safe and cozy! Really the perfect location! Everything was exactly as described and just wonderful!

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Sayra and Jeff were so great . They were very responsible, the place had everything we needed, very clean , and we will definitely visit again. Mr.Jeff was very responsive when Ms.Sayra wasn’t able to respond quickly. They accommodated us so well . Thank you guys for the great stay .

Large home with plenty of seating. Beds were comfy and four tvs to use. Safe neighborhood. Fenced yard. Washer and dryer work great. Very nice home. Free of clutter. Plan to stay again.

We came to Panama to visit my dad. The area gave us plenty of things to do as a family and then the house and backyard made a great place to hang out and play cards or have a cup of coffee. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized the coffee bar a lot! The house gave us plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfy and had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

It was a nice place to stay pretty private and easy to get to everything and was very clean and easy to check in.

He made sure we were satisfied during our check in and stayed. He was very polite and professional all the time but also very friendly.

Perfectly perfect! The house layout, the condition, the beds, the showers, the stocked kitchen, the view, the location, the garage of options you don’t have to pack yourself - cannot say enough about how much two adults, two teens and two toddlers enjoyed our stay! Walks, beach, pool, boardwalk, golf cart, bikes, pizza, ice cream, cocktails, games, movies, great sleep and hot showers! Perfect!!

Me and my wife absolutely loved this home. The private hot tube was awesome and the two shower heads in the shower was incredible. Dodie has everything you need to feel right at home, can't say enough of how wonderful this home is.

Stay was just what we expected. Ongoing construction was a bummer, but host was upfront with us beforehand. Host was very quick with responses to our questions and needs. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay! Leslie’s place was just as described. We stayed here with another family and it was very spacious with a great view. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again! Leslie was very responsive and check in was super easy!

The apartment was beautiful,clean had everything we needed. Would come back again.

Our stay here was perfect! The condo was incredibly clean, and the balcony was HUGE. All beds were very comfy and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. I was surprised by how many essentials were provided. We had plenty of handsoap, Dish detergent, salt/pepper, toilet paper, etc. Hair dryers were also provided in all bathrooms. Host was very responsive. Parking in the garage was tight, but nothing unmanageable. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would come back!

Staying was great everything was very nice far as the place , parking and stores , restaurants was very convenient, only issue was the people hanging out late at night making lots of noise, but a really great place I would definitely recommend it to others.
