There was 4 of us in our 60s and this condo had a spectacular view of the sunrise and Sea of Cortez. This was a spur of the moment trip and we had so many WOW experiences! The home was very clean, we had everything we needed and Leon was very responsive. The dryer does not heat and this was reported. Recommend a Queen bed in small bedroom. We did not cook in the condo, but we did enjoy the huge balcony, heated pool and wonderful hot tub! Sandy beach it beautiful and searching for shells and sea glass was a treat! It was years since our last visit and our friends had never been. In the two nights we experienced a great deal of the area. Senorita Rita sunset cruise was a highlight along with Beachcombing! A short walk along the beach to Wrecked on the Reef was fantastic!!

Clean condo, fast response time, clean surroundings and great beach, everything worked as it should from booking to lock up at the end. Thanks for great stay!

Great location, very walkable and close to all the fun nightlife. Check in was easy and the building was safe and secure with 24 hour security. Nicole was very communicative and clear in her instructions. Would stay here again!

We have stayed in 5 different Airbnb places in Mexico, and Tessa's place was by far the best! The outdoor space was incredible! It was better than the pictures showed. The bathroom situation is a little unique, but it was fine. The location was great! Direct access to the beach, walking distance to serveral great restaurants, one of them literally next door. We enjoyed watching the kite boarders and sail boarders from our porch. Tessa was very responsive and helpful in her information. I made the mistake of clicking on the 'get directions' link instead of Tessa's instructions, so we got lost finding her place. Her directions are better. Tessa responded to our SOS and came right away to show us how to get in. I would definitely stay here again!

El alojamiento está en una de las mejores playas de Ixtapa, muy limpio, las albercas muy a gusto. Cuenta también con todo lo necesario para cocinar en el lugar. El anfitrión siempre muy amable Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el lugar, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful views from the master and living room. Outside deck had a large table and grill. Pristine kitchen and bathrooms. We felt so lucky we were able to rent this place (part of a fractional ownership, so usually not available!) The pool and beach club were so nice - the restaurant closes at 8pm, so it was never loud at night. Food was great and service incredible (shout out to Rubin!) Hope to stay again soon!

Greta place, great views. Highly recommend! Hosts were kind and responsive. Ubers are super cheap to and from Airbnb. Beds are comfortable. Place is kept clean. Top places I’ve personally have stayed at.

Clean property, very comfortable beds , ground floor perfect to get my furry baby out thank you for being dog friendly, very quiet area safe well cared and beautiful easy access to the beach, restaurant just steps away very good food and excellent service.

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing apartments! We were super surprised with the view! Sunsets, ocean - it is hard to properly explain how mind-blowing is the experience! And best part of that - whales, whales, whales! I think we saw them in 13 days 40-50 times at least from the balcony! Rory and Sergio are great hosts! Super responsive, attentive, helped with many preparations in advance and during the stay. Apartments are completely new, area is safe and there is much what to do on that beach - horse riding, jet ski and else! Highly recommended!

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

The condo is in an excellent location, and the Romantic Zone has always been our favorite area of Puerto Vallarta. You are within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, small grocery stores, and pharmacies. The private beach with palapas was wonderful, and staff had chairs and tables set up early each morning. It was never an issue getting a palapa, and that was great. The rooftop terrace was perfect for whale watching, and we were able to see pods each day. The small plunge pool was not heated, but it was a refreshing way to cool off during the hottest part of the day. The patio also had numerous chaise lounges, and a large umbrella if you needed shade. All of the staff at the condo were incredibly nice & so helpful if we had any questions. Paolo was quick to respond to any questions we had about the rental. I highly recommend this condo, it made our 10-day stay at PV a perfect vacation.

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking views. Right above the beach with skyline view of Puerto Vallarta. Even saw whales swimming by. Floor-to-ceiling windows open completely so it converts into a huge open space. Very clean and nice. 24h security guard. Two small things as advice for future guests: (1) The building is literally right above the beach so you will hear ocean waves at all times. Most people love it, some people don't. I personally liked it but would not want to live with this sound scape for more than 2 weeks. (2) During the day you can super easily walk from Conchas Chinas beach (where the condo is) to the main area of Puerto Vallarta along the beach. It's a 15 minute walk and totally safe. But I would not walk there during the night. So better take an Uber or taxi back from town, which is just a 5 minute drive and 100 Mexican Pesos (5 US$). Overall, one of the most stunning AirBNBs I've stayed in so far. Recommend 100%. Love the place and would definitely come back.

I must say, this was one of the best AirBnB's I've stayed at. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful, and it is decorated in a way that you feel peaceful the moment you step in. The view from the unit is amazing, looking right onto the ocean. We even saw whales jumping and playing in the water right outside. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. There is a large selection of utensils, pots and pans, and dishes if you want to make any meal. The bathrooms are well stocked with everything. There is a restaurant on the rooftop of the building which was super convenient and the staff working there are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We had breakfast there 2 days and it was excellent. I especially loved the French toast with fresh fruit, it was excellent. The location was perfect, we were able to walk right to the romantic zone but were away from the noise and congestion. We were easily able to get to anything we wanted to do. Cinda was great to work with highly recommend

Beautiful apartment in a great location We loved our stay here. The building is very luxurious and beautiful. The booking and communication was easy and helpful. The area we stayed was definitely a party area with tons of restaurants and bars- great for couples and young people but might be too noisy/lively for young families. Zona Romantico was wonderful and fun but if you have any ADA needs it would be difficult to navigate as there are a lot of stairs/bumpy streets. Overall this was a wonderful apartment and would highly recommend.

We had an exceptional time. Travelling with a young child can be difficult, but the space was great and worked out well for us. The place is as-described and of course the view is incredible. Many hours spend on the patio. One small thing, the two bedrooms closest to the main entrance have windows to the common hallway. These are locked and have blinds, but light and noise disturb the guests sleeping in those rooms (especially young kids). It wasn't a safety concern, but something to keep in mind. Another small thing, while the building has very friendly staff at the bar/restaurant on the main floor, the service is very slow. If you have a couple hours for breakfast/dinner, it is very enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view, however with young kids that obviously doesn't work. There are so many great restaurants in the area, it's not a problem, but we made the mistake of "getting a quick bite" one morning and again one evening within the building and those turned into looong meals.
