Simon's place was more Baptiste's place in my case as Baptiste was our main contact. Baptiste is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place itself is a little magical. When you come from the busy street to the entrance hall, the world changes into a peaceful oasis, filled with sounds of birds and fountains, with never ending alleys that lead from one courtyard to another. The architecture is light and elegant and with a sense of time passed and standing still at the same time. You feel the presence of previous generations that lived here, with a sensation that the architecture beauty will outlive us. The room was stunning with high beamed ceilings. Loved the terrace under cover. Enchanting! Only downside the place is a bit far from decent coffee options,

Unlike 95% of airbnbs we stay in, this was a small hotel so it's hard to compare. The staff were wonderful: friendly, helpful, approachable, always available. We loved the breakfasts, especially the Mex eggs and various hot drinks. I thought the room would be bigger based on the pictures but it was fine.Great location. Sweet gifts. We recommend!

We stayed at Leo’s for a week while we were getting some work done on our van. Turned out to be the perfect place for us and our 2 pets. Leo truly has created an oasis in the city. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet once you’re inside the gate. We had one of the back rooms and it was fantastic! Nice kitchen king bed, private sitting area out front, and access to the beautiful pool and hot tub. Also the location is ideal, a short 4 blocks to the malecon and plenty of restaurants and the amazing Dulce Romero Bakery. Leo is a real gem too and we enjoyed spending time with him and his super cool pup Lucky. Leo even went out of his way to drive me (twice) to the shop to deal with the van. We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend. Thanks Leo!

this is a great place to stay. if you'd like to be near the beach, try shaka's restaurant bar. it's on the road on the way to a accommodation. the beach is about one block away. pool is amazing. breakfast was great. staff was fantastic. would highly recommend. Great value!

This is an amazing place to stay! The central courtyard is absolutely beautiful with all of the plants, trees, and birds. It's also super peaceful. The hospitality was absolutely top notch. My only regret is that I couldn't stay more than one night here. If I ever make it back to CDMX, I will try to stay here again!

Me gustó mucho la habitación, tiene lo esencial para pasar un par de noches y descansar, si lo que buscas es literal llegar a dormir después de haber ido a tour por los alrededores, este lugar es para ti… La zona donde se ubica la casa es como una zona residencial, súper seguro.. no cuenta con estacionamiento pero afuera de la casa puedes dejar tu auto y puedes verlo lit desde el balcón de la habitación, no hay nada de que preocuparse! Excelente la atención por parte de Javier…

Es un lugar muy agradable y romántico , no hay tienditas ni nada cerca así que es bueno llevar comida , fuera todo me gustó mucho

Me encantó el lugar, la atención por parte del personal súper cálida, los espacios todo increíble, cada detalle es fantástico sin duda alguna regresaría !

Estuvieron al pendiente de cuando llegamos, salieron inmediato a recibirnos. Los cuartos están hermosos, la cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. El área común tenía refrigerador, tostador de pan, microondas, pan, yogurth, café y por la mañana temprano nos dejaron el café listo recién hecho, cereal, mermelada, todo para tomar algo de desayuno, que en la zona es una gran ventaja tener desayuno. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Definitivamente un lugar muy cómodo, muy limpio y con mucha privacidad, las camas muy cómodas, el baño muy limpio y la infraestructura muy maravillosa. Lo recomiendo al 100%

La ubicación es muy buena,a solo unas cuadras del centro,las instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias, y la anfitriona es muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitamos.

Casa Aspeytia is a lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Centro historico Querétaro. Once a mansion, it is now a beautifully renovated hotel. Our room was spotless and spacious. The bed comfortable with luxurious linen. There is a safe in the room. The hotel room has no kitchen, but equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker. Daily breakfast is offered at the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant is up a few flights of stairs, with no elevator. The front desk staff was wonderful. They assisted in getting an English speaking tour guide, and arranging a taxi. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner twice at the restaurant. There’s also a wine bar. The food and wait staff excellent. A very enjoyable visit to Querétaro.
