The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Our stay from beginning to end was wonderful. The views from the balcony cannot be beat and watching the whales is an added bonus. You cannot pay enough money for the show they put on every day. Plenty of towels, Wi-Fi had no problems at all, and the kitchen was well stocked. We are grateful to have stayed here.

Had an amazing time- loved the semi-private beach, the pool- and it was a short uber ride to Romantic Zone restaurants. Views from condo were incredible.

Great apartment in best neighborhood especially if you enjoy large selection of vegan options. Grocery store block & a half away. Buses & Malecon handy. The apartment is secure, spacious & quiet. I loved the windows out to the garden. Slept hard & sound every night. Mery & Jeff are the sweetest hosts. We would definitely return here.

The condo is as pictured. The pool and beach area are very nice. Any issues that we had were delt with right away. The person responsible for our check in made sure we were able to access the suite right at arrival and she was very quick to respond for anything we asked about.

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Fantastic house. Literally right on the beach & close to many great restaurants. Our group of 9 had plenty of room. Hope to come stay again.

We had a great stay at Cesar's place. The house was as described in the photos, and Cesar was super responsive. Cesar helped us book some local activities, including Whale Watching, Massages, and a private chef. All 3 were a huge hit that we would definitely recommend. We probably paid a bit more booking through Cesar, but it was worth it to have everything setup for us without needing to do too much research. The only bummer about our stay was that there was construction going on next door, that was quite loud during the weekdays. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Liz was very attentive and responsive from Day 1. The home was great, cozy, we loved the AC and fan in each room, good night sleep each night ok 👌 kitchen was fully equipped with items to us to cook. Liz was very respectful and helpful with everything.

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The private neighborhood is unique and beautiful with its marina, colorful homes, plants, and pool. Lawrence’s accommodation was equally welcoming and well-appointed; we felt right at home. He and his team are responsive and ensure guests are comfortable. The rooms were lovely, and the marina view from the patio and bedrooms was a treat. We enjoyed family meals in the kitchen and private patio. The neighborhood is quiet but lively during the day, with friendly security and a family of iguanas! Highly recommend this location-–walkable to the Puerto Vallarta Marina and close to the airport. We hope to return!

Just stayed at Jill’s place in Puerto Vallarta for a few days and had such a lovely experience. The house is exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and in a great, walkable location. It was also extremely well-stocked with everything I needed. Jill was incredibly responsive and friendly, and she was super flexible with check-out, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here and truly enjoyed my time. Five out of five stars!

Un excellent service y compris la prise en charge de ma valise le jour de mon départ. Appartement bien conçu, agréable décoré et une cuisine super équipée. Air conditionné efficace. The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

Este es un muy buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, es un alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito, con la mejor de las vistas, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Gran espacio en las áreas comunes, variedad de albercas y fácil acceso a la playa. Muy buena atención por parte del anfitrión. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
