Fantastic place to stay! Located within walking distance of the town and the beach. The host team was very responsive. They helped us arrange airport transportation and provided great recommendations for activities. We will return!

The house is beautiful, great location about a 10 minute walk from the town and 3 minute golf cart ride. 2 of the bedrooms are outdoors so those rooms had a lot of noise from birds and light in the mornings. FYI, the host lives on the property and the area has a lot of school children so any music, especially on school nights, past 9pm isn’t an option. Overall great stay.

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

The place was amazing, 5 big rooms with lots of space and plenty of sleeping options. good quality linens. the pool is perfect and there are so many seating and lounging options. Great location right on the water and a short walk to a more private beach. The staff was very accommodating and helpful they can pretty much cook anything you want and they make daily runs to the store for you. The food the chef cooked was perfect and the level of service of the house staff was top notch! I would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Conchas Chinas! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The house itself is stunning, with spacious rooms and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. What really set this place apart was the exceptional service and food. Pancho and Irvin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the meals were absolutely delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—it truly elevated our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and top-notch food, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

Would definitely stay again. It was clean and well decorated. The linens were high quality. Tere was helpful. Host left us nice details at check in. The unit was as equipped as an American airbnb, which is a first for me in Mexico. The location has pros and cons. Pro: It was close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. Con: It’s relatively far up the coast so you need to walk a bit to get to town or the swim/surf part of the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was fine.

We had the best time at Laetita’s place in Sayulita! It was beautiful, comfortable and so peaceful! She gave great recommendations on things to do, places to eat and more. Listening to the waves while getting ready for the day or winding down at night was amazing. And it’s so walkable to great tacos, cocktails, coffee and more.

The location is perfect, literally doesn't get any better. The balcony overlooks the Malecon boardwalk and ocean. You'll hear the surf crashing onto the rocky shore, see countless people from all walks of life going by, see pelicans and other sea birds, and several times we saw whales breaching in the distance. In the morning we loved drinking coffee and soaking in the vibrant city life, in the evening we watched the sunset across the ocean. There are literally hundreds of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the location literally doesn't get any better. The noise might be a deal breaker from some people. There is an open air bar next door that played live music from about 10 pm to 1:00 am on Fri, Sat and Sun. Even with the condo closed up it was about as load as having a TV going in your bedroom. There are Alexa units and fans in each BR for white noise. For me it was not issue, I can sleep with background noise, but it will be an issue for some people.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

An amazing two bedroom condo right in the heart of the zona romantica. The condo itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were so great. The room top pool, gym, views, and bar elevated the experience! The area is full of amazing Mexican culture and cuisine. It is a short three block distance from the beach. I’m ready to book again for my next trip.

Super place to stay .There are 2 entrances one you go by Uber the other has stairs 67.I’m not in good shape but it was fine I would stop a few times used it most of the time.The location is excellent your just enough outside of the action so it’s very quiet‘but just 5 minutes to be on a central street and 15 minutes to the beach.Omar is a fantastic host extremely quick to respond.Will definitely go back .Thanks again Omar

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.

Great place to stay

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.
