This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

Worked out well for my husband and I. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the view. The building and parking garage had construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We enjoyed the gym and the park on the property. We didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t the best but we made it work and the hosts were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Also the building had a small convenience store and a coffee shop that we enjoyed.

Everything was great during our stay. Have nothing negative to say about the unit. If I had to make any small complaint or recommendation it would be that the curtains don’t fully close and let light in early in the morning. Other than that this unit and the host were perfect

THIS APARTMENT IS UNREAL! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! I lived in the area for 13 years, and wanted to bring my daughter back to my favorite part of the beach. Dharma's place was absolutely perfect! The location is the best on the beach...not too crowded and wider beach (some parts of Miami Beach can be very narrow). Beach chairs and umbrella being included is a huge plus in Miami. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything that you need to stay there for a week. Super comfy/huge bed and very quiet. The balcony was massive! I was in total shock...it wrapped around the entire unit and even though it wasn't water view, we had an amazing sunset view every evening. I didn't rent a car on purpose, since I already knew that that location has great walkable restaurants, the perfect beach spot and 2 awesome pools/jacuzzi. Plus the most incredible park next door for kids. Also, Dharma responded within minutes! I am already planning to book our next return!!

The apartment was in a perfect location, only a short walk across the street to the beach! It was easy to pick up the keys, and the host was very responsive. They even gave us yummy dinner recommendations. The rooftop access and pool was enjoyable when we didn’t want to go to the beach. A very walkable area with tons to do! Would definitely stay here again.

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment I walked in. The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Had a wonderful stay. The location is prime; all restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. The room was clean, and the host was very responsive.

Alles war super, gute und einfache Kommunikation, die Hosts waren immer erreichbar. Wunderschöne Unterkunft, toller Whirlpool und großartige, ruhige Lage. Trotzdem hat man die berühmte Lincoln Road direkt nebenan. Große Empfehlung!

We had an amazing stay at this cute little home in Little Havana! Daniel was fantastic—super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and always answered right away with any questions I had. Our dogs loved the spacious yard, and we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after exploring downtown Miami. The location was perfect, with great food and culture just around the corner. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! 🌟🏡✨
