The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

The home was exactly as described. The indoor living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms met expectations. Our family of five had plenty of space. The highlight of this home was the outdoor space and amazing pool/hot tub. Absolutely pristine condition and well maintained. A bonus for our adventurous boys was all the cute, little lizards wandering around the property that they loved attempting to catch! As hosts, I would rate them the best I’ve ever had to deal with and their basic house rules made it relaxing not to have to worry about dozens of rules that I had to keep track of.

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Stayed at Ray’s place for a weekend and it was wonderful. Ray responded very fast and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend Ray’s place!

Andrew was quick with responses and knowledgeable of the area. Place was as described and met our needs. Includes mini-kitchen which allows for small meals, but so many good restaurants are walkable from the location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is great for the rental car during the visit. Room swipe key allows for access to the parking garage for car and hotel elevator for the room.

Super responsive hosts in a fantastic area no further than a 20 min drive from anything in the area. AC blasts cold. Clean bedsheets & clean apartment. Would book again. Thank you!

Our family and 2 small dogs loved our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed and more—comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, large screen smart TV for evening movies, a gorgeous backyard with fun outdoor games (oversized Jenga) and pool toys, a wonderful hammock, and a beautiful pool. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the gorgeous aesthetic and design of the home and gardens.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds and friendly, responsive hosts.

Perfect location, within walking distance of Coconut Grove. Very good for our dogs who could be outside off leash as the Airbnb is totally fenced. Carlos was a very responsive & helpful owner. We would certainly stay again

We had an amazing stay at Russel’s place! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family. It was beautifully designed and just a short walk from the beach. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even adapters for different plugs - a really thoughtful touch. The balcony was beautiful, making it the perfect spot to relax. Russel is an outstanding host - truly the best we’ve ever had! ensuring everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be coming back! We only wish we could have stayed longer!💕

Fantastico cottage con piscina e ottima accoglienza! Alloggio ssolutamente raccomandato per la vostra visita a Miami. Siamo stati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno nel cottage di Paola. Letto comodo, giardino e piscina per rilassarsi e anche tutto il necessario per il nostro bimbo di un anno. Ottima posizione per visitare Miami e andare in spiaggia. Oh Em Gee, 10/10. I loved it , extremely clean, comfortable, peaceful. If possible I would book this studio for every visit to Miami. Lianet is so sweet and communicative. The pool was an immediate favorite it’s huge! In person is way better than what you see. Thanks Lianet❤️ I will be back.

Good place to stay but confusing process between Airbnb and the hotel.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Jess and Brenda's. The location was great – easy walk to the beach, close to some great restaurants, but on a quiet street. Our kids loved the pool, and the beach toys were a nice addition to have. Jess and Brenda were also very proactive in their communication before and during our stay. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

We had a great week at Anamaria’s house. Our kids loved the pool and had so much fun. The out door area is so cozy and the pool area was perfect for us. Anamaria was very informative and communicative with good recommendations for things to do as a family with smaller kids - I think we went through the entire list. We especially recommend Oleta River State Park when visiting with kids. We would stay with Anamaria if we were to come back to Miami again.
