This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Coconut Grove. The place is very clean, and the kitchen is nice. We walked to Fresh Market for breakfast foods and appetizers and thoroughly enjoyed eating on the balcony. Sylvain was always responsive to any of our questions. It is also in a great, walkable location, and Sylvain provided an excellent list of suggestions for places to go and eat. Green Street was delicious, and we also enjoyed Los Felix. It is the perfect place to enjoy Coconut Grove - no care needed.

The location was absolutely stunning, featuring breathtaking views that enhanced the overall ambiance. However, it could benefit from some improvements, such as a cozy small table for enjoying meals, elegant wine glasses, and coffee cups for those relaxing mornings. Overall, my experience there was very enjoyable and left a lasting impression.

I had a wonderful stay at Katarina's place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her warm and welcoming nature. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. Although I didn't meet Tijana, it's clear that both she and Katarina work hard to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Katarina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful local tips and always being available if I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you want a home away from home!

The place was a perfect place to stay before a cruise. We could walk to lots of dining options and a short Uber to the port. Would stay here again.

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

This place was nice! Location was great and the apartment was clean. The view was amazing and the host was very accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. A couple things to note, there is a $40 check in fee if you have to check in after 9pm. Also, the building maintenance person came in to check the smoke detectors while we were there. It wasn’t a problem and they didn’t take too long to inspect, but we didn’t have any advance notice so we were hesitant to open the door to a stranger. As soon as I reach out to the host to let them know what happened, they quickly clarified and apologized for not having any notice.

Jeff's Miami condo was truly stunning -- amazing views, beautiful decor, luxurious amenities! I highly recommend this location if one is looking for a stylish home base in Miami. Close to great restaurants, shopping and Miami's top sites, this condo checks all the boxes.

We had a great time staying at Debbie’s place. It’s a townhouse end unit and was very quiet. We didn’t hear the neighbors. We felt safe in the peaceful neighborhood and nearby shopping plazas. We like the nice lakeview and strolling around the lake. There are a few nice restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores in the proximity, which are pretty convenient. Debbie responded promptly and was very helpful. Overall we highly recommend Debbie’s place.

Nancy was a wonderful Host. Always responded very quickly & very nice to communicate with when we had questions. The house location is amazing. The bedrooms are all clean & very inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of dishes & silverware. The pool was clean. The fishing off the dock in the backyard was super fun and lots of fish. I would definitely return.....A+

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der schöne Bungalow entspricht den Fotos und hat einen tollen Outdoor Bereich direkt am Kanal, mit schöner Aussicht. Rod und Vanessa waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, ihre Tipps waren klasse. Vielen Dank!

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wirklich der Hammer, direkt am River. Im Garten gab es jeden Tag was zu sehen, Leguane, Enten,Geckos einfach schön. Der Whirlpool war super zum entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Das Haus ist liebevoll und komfortabel ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Daniel und Orlando war bestens, hatten wir mal Fragen wurde direkt darauf reagiert. Es war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir in Miami verbracht haben ,was auch Daniel und Orlando mit ihrem wunderschönen Haus zu verdanken ist. Vielen Dank an Euch beide. La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

Had a great getaway here for a short vacation! Everything was walkable and the house was amazing. It had everything it said it would and was very clean. Overall a fantastic stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage am Strand ist toll und es gibt eine super Ausstattung für Strandausflüge auf dem Zimmer. Auch das Fitnessstudio im Gebäude ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt im Gebäude alles was man braucht - allerdings braucht man bei den Aufzügen etwas mehr Zeit, wenn viel los ist. Der gratis Transport (Trolley) ist zwar super aber zeitlich nicht sehr zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, ist aber nicht so super nah am Zentrum, was immer etwas Reisezeit benötigt wenn man in die Stadt will. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Wer viel am Strand sein möchte, hat hier die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden!
