Very nice place. Decent size if you are traveling alone and extremely safe if traveling alone. I traveled alone for work and small vacation. Staff was very helpful in the lobby.

Had an amazing time! Definitely one of the most smooth sailing trips I’ve had in a while. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive and the amenities were amazing. Definitely recommend!

This place has the most stunning views and apartment itself for 4 people was very comfortable. Clean , modern , easy access , location and so much more was a plus . I would come back for longer duration next time !

Would highly recommend this stay, the food trucks around the corner are great and this is a central spot for downtown Miami, beach purposes, the airport and headed north as well. The house was very sound proof also, I would definitely stay here again.

We just left yesterday and can’t wait to return! The room/resort were perfect! Everything you need. The pools were great and such a quick walk down to beach. Right accross the street from amazing fresh juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls which we made trips daily for. We walked to Publix and Walmart. Quick uber to food or we walked next door to playa for great food. The beds were cozy and we slept great. The view from the porch was beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t ask for more! No long elevator waits and room is right off the elevator! Thank you so so much for an amazing week!

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and right in the middle of Lil Havana Calle 8. We took the bus or cabbed it to other areas of Miami like bayside market and Hobie beach which was leas than 30 min. My cousin and I felt safe returning to the air B& B late at night. Octavio was responsive with all messages I sent. Definitely pleased with my stay!

Had a lovely stay! The apartment was wonderful and it was in a fantastic location. Will definitely want to stay in Miroslava’s apartment again next time I’m in Miami.

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Andres was so helpful and responsive and we had a great stay - super easy to get in and out of the city and just what we were looking for.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Todo estuvo excelente! El departamento muy cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación muy buena. Zona tranquila pero cercana a lugares comerciales, buenos restaurantantes, cerca a la playa. Sin duda volveremos!

Absolutely wonderful we Forgot a few things, but the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Will be my go to place whenever I’m in Miami. We were completely satisfied with our stay and recommend this property to All of friends and family who visit the Miami area.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

This was a perfect stay for us. Excellent location with the beach and pools. The host provided everything we needed for a great trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
