Family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jens. They were extremely responsive. Looks just like the pictures and had lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay a breeze. Multiples of hotel/sample size shampoos, soaps, etc. plus a travel shaving kit, coffee for the coffee pot, goggles, beach toys, Bluetooth speaker, lots of plug ins, a hair dryer and diffuser, racks to hang your things, and more. The building is outdated but the location is amazing and the room itself is modern and fresh. The building has a lot of little shops including coffee/convenience stores, a car/boat rental place, a beachy souvenir shop, a bike rental shop, the bath house, and more. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was fine. Nothing special, a little overpriced if you're not used to paying for waters and pop refills but it wasn't outrageous. The pool-side restaurant was very reasonably priced, friendly, and generous. I door dashed groceries and breakfast a couple times with no issues. We loved our stay!Thanks!

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

La atención es excelente, siempre alguien está presente, comparten datos de contacto por eventualidades. está limpio, es cómodo, fresco, silencioso, y completo. Internet es perfecto, tiene servicios de streaming en su TV incluidos. Estacionamiento sin costo (fundamental para moverse auto). El precio es más que conveniente por todo esto. O apartamento de Ivan é completo, possui todas as comodidades para o hóspede que procura praticidade. As fotos e descrição do anúncio mostram exatamente como o apartamento se encontra. A panela elétrica na cozinha, o banheiro com box de vidro e o chuveiro fizeram toda diferença em.nossa experiência o que demonstra preocupação do anfitrião em receber. O condomínio também possui lojas e serviços que facilitam a estadia. Em frente ao condominio tem pontos de onibus e bondinho, esse gratuito, que dá acesso à vários locais como a famosa Lincoln Road. Parabéns pelo espaço!

It was so beautiful, I would recommend for college kids because of the pool and there were multiple days of people having parties by the pool, but it was very fun! The pool was clean and heated. The only negative thing was we found about 3 cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Other than that, no complaints.

Deanna, was an excellent host! She always responded within minutes of any questions and was very helpful. The entire staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The lobby, pool, elevators, and hallways were always clean. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft and clean. I was very impressed with my entire stay! I highly recommend!

Excellent stay. So glad I found your place. The views, the amenities, location, everything was perfect.

Great stay. The toilet was a little wonky but we made it work. Balcony faces a loud roof, and like other reviews said you can definitely hear Palace downstairs, but that didn’t bother us at all. Tiny walk across the street to the beach and close to an amazing restaurant called Bacon Bitch.

I believe I got lucky from a cancelation to find Jovany's place! Was everything I expected and close to all the hot spots !

Wonderful stay at Fontainebleau with full access to all of the amenities. Quiet room despite it being Spring Break. Great for families; we loved the kids pool and the beach. Our host Sean was responsive to all of our concerns!

Excelente lugar, estaba reluciente, tal cual como la descripción, parking en frente de la casa, todo muy bonito y la atención de Yamira fue muy especial. Nos sentimos en casa y la ubicación está muy bien, cerca a todo en Miami.

Apartamento extremamente limpo, casa super moderna, vista espetacular de frente para o mar, boa localização e fácil acesso para diversos restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. Super recomendo.
