We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

What a great find for us when we booked Lisa’s place. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaner than clean. We couldn’t have asked for more. There was an electric golf cart for our use. Which was really an added bonus when visiting the villages. Typically we would have gas to rent one or borrow one from one of our friends. BONUS FOR SURE! Thank you Lisa!!!!! During our stay the clothes dryer went out when we were there and Lisa went the extra mile to have a new dryer installed in just 4 days. The technicians explained the dryers functionality and were extremely informative and nice. We considered Lisa’s response above and beyond and would highly recommend renting from her in the future. We will be back for sure. If Airbnb had a 10+++ I would give it to her and her place. Randy and Chris Gibson

What a joy to stay at this location. The home dates back to the 1930-40 era. The opportunity to just see what an awesome decorative style Maribel has spun upon this era of a home is worth the stay alone. Everything was beyond our expectation and the convenience of the location to town with sidewalks all the way is a real plus. As we revisit Umatilla it will be our first choice for lodging. The porch with a glass of Maribel's complimentary " RED Relaxation" liquid spirit was such a welcome treat upon our weary travels. The Porch is fantastic. One cannot visit this area without immersing themselves in the nostalgia offered by the owner and cottage.

Fantastic place to stay for a month! Kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Good wifi for working. Bathrooms well stocked with towels etc. We highly recommend!

We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration here. It was a beautiful place for friends and family with room down stairs to set up eat and enjoy the views and each other on our day. The Home inside was very clean and nice with enough room to be comfortable and enjoy our kids and grandchildren that night before they returned to college and work. It was everything we hoped it would be. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time with family. From fishing,games in the yard to quiet conversation with views.

Highly Recommend! Mario was a great host who was super responsive. The house was as described. The pool area was great and the rooms were super clean. The living room was great to sit down and watch tv and just relax. It was really nice to have extra towels available and the kitchen was also nicely furnished. I would stay here again anytime! This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

Brad's place was really great for location, very clean and bathrooms and shower was excellent. golf cart to lake sumter and back was nice, really fun experience. Communication from Brad was great. Has video on TV and that's a big plus since everywhere we stay seems to give us problems figuring it out compared to our house internet. Nice that he had xfinity streaming on it so we could watch regular local channels and main networks. Definitely will be back sometime in the near future. Nice quiet safe feeling neighborhood also.
