Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

soggiornare in questa casa è stato come sentirsi a casa propria, c'era tutto quello che serve per godersi il weekend in relax, non mancava proprio nulla! La casa è circondata dal verde con qualche altalena per i bimbi, e vicino c'è un maneggio in cui è possibile prendere lezioni o fare semplici giri a cavallo. Marco è un host perfetto, sempre disponibile e reattivo, e molto amichevole nei modi. Consigliato assolutamente!

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Nous sommes restés dans l’appartement en tant que famille de trois personnes. Cependant, l’appartement convient également pour quatre personnes. La cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon et la chambre sont tous entièrement équipés, et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances est disponible. Merci pour tout.

Filomena was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was perfect, everything was in the walking distance. Filomena recommended some great food places and they did not disappoint. Very pleased with our stay.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

ein wunderbares kleines Paradies - habe mich total wohl gefühlt - meine Fellnase ebenfalls. Auch die Nähe zum See war wunderbar. Die Begrüssung durch Antonella war sehr herzlich - die Willkommensgeschenke grosszügig. Werde ich wieder mal in der Gegend sein, bin ich gerne wieder zu Gast.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb apartment. It’s conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore all of Rome’s amazing sights. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enza and Marco were fantastic hosts, always ready to assist and communicate promptly. We especially appreciated the extra touch of the delicious tiramisu they made for us—it was a lovely surprise and a real treat! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome.
