We really enjoyed our time at Jane’s place. The apartment is spacious and has a perfect view. The beds are super comfortable. It has all you need to spend the day at the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Jane was super quick to answer our questions and was kind enough to send us some donuts on our last day, the kids definitely enjoyed them after playing in the water for hours.

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

We had such a great time staying here on the 18th floor… the view was immaculate! The large kitchen and living room, along with 3 beds and 3 baths, gave plenty of space for the 8 of us, and everything was very clean. It truly felt like the perfect home for us to hang out and make memories. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to Walmart and the beach, which made everything so easy. The host was very responsive and quick to resolve any minor issues, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again… 👍👍👍

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

Great beach location! We really enjoyed Mike's place. It is just like described, less than 200 steps frothe beautiful beach. Mike provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, which is very convenient when traveling. Apartment had everything we needed and Walgreens right next door to get everything else. A lot of good restaurants around. But what made our trip is the way Mike treats his guests. He responses quickly, helps and answers all your questions almost instantly. Looking forward to staying there again.

Daniel was a great host and the place was as described. The unit is renovated, bright, clean. Like other guests described there is beach access a few minutes away. We also used the pool and saw there is a gym on main. The coffee shop in the building is good and closes at 3 pm on most days and there is a convenience store on main as well. The publix is a short drive down the street. I couldn't get the TV working right away but Daniel got back to me within a few minutes and all was OK. Overall, a great stay. I would not hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

The condo was exactly as described, clean and beautiful with all of the described features and amenities. It didn’t feel like a hotel room, it felt like home, and had plenty of room for 4 people. Natalia was proactive in her communications and responsive when we reached out. There were some slight hiccups with the room which she resolved quickly and easily and on our schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Should I travel to Miami again, I would not hesitate to book a property from Natalia at that time. I had fun in Miami and enjoyed staying at this property.

We had a great stay at this condo in Hollywood Beach! It’s spacious, with big bedrooms and a huge balcony that we really enjoyed. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots - perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the beach, the Broadwalk, and tons of restaurants. Only thing I’d mention is the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner - our feet and socks got pretty dirty from walking barefoot inside. Overall, we had an awesome vacation and would definitely stay here again. Totally recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway!

We have been visiting South Beach for many years and we will look no further for accommodations. Deb’s place is perfect as it has all the amenities you could ever need. It’s a large condo with an excellent location and Deb is super to work with!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing!! Steps right onto the beach. Close to everything you want to eat, drink, shopping! Comfy bed! We loved it and can’t wait to return!

Wir haben uns in Winns Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus war generell sehr ruhig, nur das Rauschen von den Klimaanlagen hat nachts etwas gestört. Die Lage ist herausragend. Für uns die beste Lage in Southbeach.

It was a pleasure staying at James and his wife’s Airbnb! James communication from the initial booking to checkout was superb! He was very clear on everything we needed to know to get into the place, park, open and lock the doors as well as departure! The house was clean, friendly and very welcoming! The view was amazing! The front desk staff stated how his house was the best of all! It was more space than we thought! I would definitely book with them again! They are great people and their home reflects it accurately! Thank you guys for a great experience!

The location is excellent, and the resort is well-structured with plenty of amenities and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with more tools (pans, bowls, etc.) for guests like us who enjoy dining in the room.

Loren was so helpful and made our Anniversary celebration one for the books. The proximity to all the restaurants made it easy to choose our favorite local spots. The resort grounds were immaculate and the offerings were 5 star. We will always check for availability when we return to Miami !

Fantastic property in a great quiet location. Host was exceptional as well.

We love this area and have stayed at the Ritz before, it was nice having such a spacious unit. We had a late flight in but check in still went very well. The Ritz has some of the friendliest employees I have encountered. The unit was just as listed and described. Marcos was very responsive and we had no issues at all with our stay. We would definitely book this unit again!
