The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Stayed at Ray’s place for a weekend and it was wonderful. Ray responded very fast and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend Ray’s place!

Andrew was quick with responses and knowledgeable of the area. Place was as described and met our needs. Includes mini-kitchen which allows for small meals, but so many good restaurants are walkable from the location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is great for the rental car during the visit. Room swipe key allows for access to the parking garage for car and hotel elevator for the room.

Super responsive hosts in a fantastic area no further than a 20 min drive from anything in the area. AC blasts cold. Clean bedsheets & clean apartment. Would book again. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, pristine, beautiful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The Host really takes care us clients as royalty. My Husband and I absolutely loved the unit. We wished we could have stayed longer but as always duties call. The home was so cozy, clean, quiet, safe, great/friendly neighbors and right next to the beach. Omgggggg the Shower head was everything. Literally Spa type pressure shower head. I enjoyed it so much I had to go find it on Amazon lol. The Host was so sweet and very responsive. Barely waited two minutes and received replies right away. They even allowed me a late check out so I can get some extra rest before hitting the road back up north. That really meant so much to us. We will definitely be back to stay at their sweet unit. Ohhh and I will be telling all my people to book this place when their in South Florida! ♥️

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

This home was a great stay. We came to town to see a Miami Heat game and explore Ft Lauderdale too- so perfect location between the two . The house was very clean and plenty enough room for our family of four with teen boys. When flying in for a short stay it’s hard to think and bring everything you need, but Maria the host had it all- including umbrellas for the Florida downpours. The icing on the cake for this place was the pool and backyard amenities. The pool was super clean and the furniture was perfect for grabbing sun! Thank you!

The courtyard outdoor space was so calm and private that most of the time we couldn't even tell we were in the heart of a residential neighborhood. We stayed for a month and my husband used the first picnic table as his outdoor office. There are 4 outdoor "rooms" in the courtyard, so that didn't feel awkward even when all 4 units were full. The housekeeper is amazing and very responsive. The units are well furnished, clean, and inviting and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to make meals and store leftovers. Even though there is no washer/dryer on the premises, I highly recommend the Swifty Laundromat. It's only 2 blocks away, family owned and operated, open 24 hours and super clean. I rented a bike for the month and I could ride to the beach, several parks, Walmart, and Publix easily. I also bought a town parking pass for the month so we could park in the Broadwalk garages. Would rent here again in a heartbeat! Hidden gem!

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds and friendly, responsive hosts.

Our family and 2 small dogs loved our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed and more—comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, large screen smart TV for evening movies, a gorgeous backyard with fun outdoor games (oversized Jenga) and pool toys, a wonderful hammock, and a beautiful pool. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the gorgeous aesthetic and design of the home and gardens.

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

We had an amazing stay at Russel’s place! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family. It was beautifully designed and just a short walk from the beach. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and even adapters for different plugs - a really thoughtful touch. The balcony was beautiful, making it the perfect spot to relax. Russel is an outstanding host - truly the best we’ve ever had! ensuring everything was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be coming back! We only wish we could have stayed longer!💕

Fantastico cottage con piscina e ottima accoglienza! Alloggio ssolutamente raccomandato per la vostra visita a Miami. Siamo stati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno nel cottage di Paola. Letto comodo, giardino e piscina per rilassarsi e anche tutto il necessario per il nostro bimbo di un anno. Ottima posizione per visitare Miami e andare in spiaggia. Ringraziamo molto Paola per l'ospitalità e per averci fatto passare dei giorni bellissimi durante la nostra vacanza.

Oh Em Gee, 10/10. I loved it , extremely clean, comfortable, peaceful. If possible I would book this studio for every visit to Miami. Lianet is so sweet and communicative. The pool was an immediate favorite it’s huge! In person is way better than what you see. Thanks Lianet❤️ I will be back.

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.
