What a beautiful spot, even more stunning in real life. Very cozy and it makes you feel right at home. The entire building is beautiful and it was delightful waking up to the surrounding golden trees in the morning. The wine Jason left, presumably from his wine shop, was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We needed a night away to break up winter and ventured out to Freeport from MA. Jennifer's space was clean, bright and spacious. We loved having a backyard space available for our small dog we brought with us. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and how many shops and restaurants were in walking distance. Jennifer was great with communication and all of our needs were met. Thank you again!

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!

Petr’s place was as described. Very comfortable and hosts were super responsive to any questions or concerns. They have a super friendly cat who’s not shy and loves to be petted. Off street dedicated parking was great. Private entrance. A few things to know: 1. If you’re staying for less than 5 days they charge $10 per load to use the laundry machines. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this was the first time I’ve seen a host charge to use laundry machines. No charge if you’re staying more than 5 days. 2. Internet connection is fine for the most part but you may run into issues if you’re trying to stream something live like YouTube TV. I had no issues with things like Netflix but had some issues when trying to live stream things like NFL games. 3. The bathroom ceiling is suuuuupppper low. I’m 6’0” and my head could touch the ceiling when on my tip toes. No big deal if you’re under 6’4” or so. But if you’re on the taller end of the spectrum I suspect this would be annoying.

An amazing and cozy spot to stay for a weekend in Portland! Nancy was so communicative, and her space was both spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 5 and it was perfect for us.

This space was designed and furnished by someone with an artist’s eye and an open heart. Lovely space; everything thought of - from a store of groceries laid in to puzzles, games and - such a wonderful surprise - binoculars to track the waterfowl. Just splendid.

I live in Orono and I stayed here for three weeks while I was having some construction done at my house. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet at night, and Emilia was very responsive to my few questions that arose. It also was helpful to have off-street parking in a well-maintained private lot in February!

Heathers place is an AMAZING place to stay if you're visiting Bar Harbor/Acadia. The space was quite literally spotless and Heather was an amazing host! Would absolutely recommend.

David and Julie were incredible hosts! The attention to every detail was so appreciated. It truly is a cozy place to stay with a generous amount of amenities. They were such gracious hosts, fun to talk to but also respectful of guest privacy. We could have easily spent a few more days there!

Clorinda and Dick were spectacular. From the moment we arrived they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the Portland area, we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to Caswell farms which we were at for a wedding. Alison was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Doug’s studio is exactly what you see in the pictures. The space was squeaky clean and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There are parks, coffee houses, and a couple restaurants within walking distance which make this stay very convenient if you like to take walks. It was also very quiet in the space and my kids and I were very comfortable!

Richard's place was as advertised. It was very peaceful, relaxing, and has wonderful surroundings. Everything of interest was really close and it made it super easy to get around and see everything in Bar Harbor.

My partner and I had a truly lovely time at this Airbnb. We felt right at home and enjoyed the decor. It felt cozy and private. It is a great location to rest/work/study and to go out and hike, surf, or dine.

My wife and I were looking for a place in the area to stay for a disc golf tournament. The place was very accommodating and very close to where we needed to be. The linens were fresh and great quality! It was a great way to get rest before a big event. We met up with some friends at a local restaurant only about 15 minutes away in Winthrop, Maine, The White Duck, I highly recommend! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience country Maine!

Dan is very friendly, great communication and eager to assist in what you might need. His place is cozy and easy to get to.

This was the perfect home away from home for us- such a peaceful place and close to many areas of interest. There were legos, puzzles, coloring supplies and books for my five year old granddaughter. There was a cutely decorated Christmas tree in the living area, which was nice to turn on and enjoy in the evenings. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed while on our trip. It snowed while we were there and they were up early and clearing our walkway and parking space. We appreciated this being promptly taken care of for us. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karen/Farmhouse by the Sea for a lovely stay!

Great stay! Despite being connected to the house, we felt like we had plenty of privacy

This was our third time at this property, and we just love it! Beautiful views, convenient location, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, too. We will be back!

My fiancee and I stayed here for one night, what an amazing place, truly a hidden gem! Clean as can be, tons of cool activities like an oversized connect four game, really cool books and decorations/house plants. The sauna was incredible!! The bed was super comfortable and it even had these cool overhead lamps, perfect light for reading. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re planning to stay in the Lewiston area solo or with one other person!

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious private retreat in the Maine treetops near everything that the region has to offer. The large bright, super clean rooms glowing wood floors, and high-end touches made for a very cozy stay. Additionally the parking was super easy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Jennifer & Stu were very responsive to my questions regarding their coach house apartment. It was vey easy for us to find. The apartment is ideally located within the village centre and it’s highly walkable to the many small boutiques and stores that visitors to Damariscotta will want to explore. It’s worth noting that there is a fantastic bookstore only a block or so away from the apartment. As well as a movie theatre, and if you are an opera fan, you can even catch a streamed performance of the Metropolitan Opera of New York! The apartment itself is very comfortable and has a great cozy quality. It’s clear that Jennifer & Stu have put a great deal of thought and energy into considering and anticipating what their guests might want or need. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable! For those travelling with a pet, it is a welcoming place that is simply perfect. I heartily recommend this Air BnB guest rental!
