We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

An amazing few nights staying in this little gem. Although our main purpose was to visit family in the area, we wanted some independence to visit the area and kick about on the beach. This property was ideal for all those needs. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. The instructions to find property were clear, access was easy when following the instructions and the property was exactly as described. We found the parking easy and the nearest shops and pubs all walkable within 15 mins. I think we tried them all 👍. I highly rate this property and we look forward to staying again!

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

Spacious apartment, comfortable and great location. We spent Easter weekend here with three adults and one child. It worked well and we had plenty of space. A 2 minute walk to the Cathedral and close to shops/restaurants. There is a pub next door and you can hear the pub garden, however the noise stopped at 9/10pm. We could also hear people upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much.

Excellent stay, Teresa was warm, welcoming and very friendly. It was pleasant to stay at Teresa's place. The place and everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend. wonderful Host.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

We had a great stay, the accommodation had everything you need and was very clean and warm, there was also some provisions left for breakfast. Set in a lovely location, we did not get to meet Viv but Richard was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back, thank you for a lovely stay.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

This is a little gem. The pics don’t do it justice. The garden is incredible and the host is delightful, aswell as the chickens, fish, Betsy, Archie and Aggy (dogs). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful abode.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a lovely stay at Gil’s place. Suzy was the perfect host, really responsive to any messages and accommodating of any requests. The annex is very peaceful and private considering it is attached to their house - this was never an issue. I loved all the thoughtful extras like Netflix, DVDs, a fan, toiletries and even some milk in the fridge! I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place, I couldn’t fault anything. A great, quiet location whilst still being an easy walk into town. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Lovely 2 nights at The Annex. Really sweet, well equipped home from home and a gorgeous happy golden retriever next door! We were welcomed with treats for our dog and hotcross buns with butter. On the grounds of the air museum which was a huge bonus as we planned to visit. Will definitely stay again, thanks so much!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
