Excellent Staff! Very well maintained premises, neat and clean but the highlight has to be the staff. The host was very prompt and helpful, prior to and throughout the stay. A little out of the way and secluded.Not much to do around the property, but that's why we loved it. Better with your own vehicle for transport. Pls do get the staff to prepare your meals, the best food we had on our trip to SL. Would definitely stay at pineapple Villa on my next trip to SL. Thank you Tushari, Hema and Randini.

Had the most amazing stay here, the location alone really is so special. You must be prepared to deal with wildlife during your stay, but for the most part it’s honestly such a bonus to the experience! The house has been beautifully designed, and maintained and felt really clean and comfortable to use fully. Shanaka was very helpful with any request we had, whilst also giving us complete freedom and privacy. The homemade food options are very well prices and delicious! The location is really handy too, close to a lot of beach towns, Galle fort and only 2hrs from Colombo airport. Would also recommend visiting nearby Koggala Lake, which Shanaka can help arrange!

had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa with my parents! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery that creates the perfect serene atmosphere. What made my stay even more special was the incredible hospitality from the owner. Not only did he provide such a warm welcome, but he also served as our driver, making everything so much easier and stress-free. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Whether I needed suggestions for places to visit or a ride to explore the area, he was always there, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The combination of the beautiful villa and the personalised service made this experience unforgettable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to stay. Highly recommend this villa – it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure with an exceptional host to match.

when you see othe people talk about finding gems and you never feel like it happens to you. It happened this time. Dulaj, his wife and family couldn't have been more friendly. some of the nicest people you can meet. very good English... if you need it. always willing to help and make sure you are comfortable. The place is one of a few where it looks as good as the pictures. so peaceful and tranquil. you will need transport to get to and from any shops, but it's not far. (totally worth it) There is also an amazing menu available if you don't fancy cooking every night I whole heartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back when I return to Sri Lanka.

Upul and his family are the nicest hosts. They helped out with everything we needed and made amazing breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. It was much better than the near by restaurants. The location has a great pool and just a few minute walk from the beach. Our favourite beach was silent beach which is 5 minute by tuktuk. Be aware that Sri Lankan nature is around you so don’t be afraid of little insects. We’ve seen peacocks and iguanas in the garden. Overall we had a really good time.

Хочу отдельно сказать, что место очень удобное и для отдыха, и для творчества. Есть рабочий стол, где я вечерами мог заниматься своими делами. Мы были вдвоем и наличие двух спален было также очень удобно. Утром мы завтракали на террасе, любуясь павлином на крыше соседнего здания. До пляжей на скутере - около 15 минут. Можно выбрать живописные дороги, и тогда каждая поездка превращается в мини-путешествие! С благодарностью вспоминаем время в Wood Pigeon Nature Villa

Etmba House is such a treat! The home is cozy, stunning, and perfect for a family getaway. We really enjoyed spending our days there. Everything is clean, and the crew—Nuan, Michael, and Shehaan—are super attentive and outstanding. A special mention to Thilakshi, whose delicious local dishes were so fun to try. It’s the ideal spot to relax, whether lounging by the pool, soaking in the quiet, or listening to the calls of peacocks. The location is fantastic too—close to Galle and several beautiful beaches, with Autos and Ubers readily available. Lara is communicative and can answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend it and we cannot wait to be back!

The villa was perfect for our group. It was a little further out of town than we had anticipated, but we grew to love the peaceful isolation in no time and Ishan, the house helper, was always quick to get us tuktuks. All floors were VERY slippery when wet (which was always, with a pool and afternoon showers) so we had to be constantly vigilant with small kids. But otherwise it provided the perfect relaxing escape. Hetti very kindly organised for a local village lady to come and cook meals for us too. Delicious! Thanks for the wonderful stay.
