Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und gingen selbstständig einkaufen und ins Dorf. Grosszügiges Haus und ganz tolle Lage. Die Abendstimmungen sind ein Traum, wir wollten gar nicht mehr Nach Hause gehen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht den arg kleinen Geschirrspüler, welcher kaum das ganze Geschirr für acht Personen aufnehmen kann. Auch die Küche ist nicht gerade über dimensioniert, aber mit den vier Herdplatten kann man gut kochen. Pefkos im Herbst ist ein ruhiges, schönesTouristendorf. Obwohl das Haus an einer manchmal recht stark befahrenen Strasse liegt, hat uns die Strasse gar nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt ja zurückgesetzt und erhöht. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal zu kommen!

I highly recommend this listing for anyone thinking of staying in Alaçatı for either a long or short duration and want privacy and vicinity to activities at the same time. The house is very clean and well-kept. The only thing to remember is that parking spaces in the area are limited. Still, a must consider for any holiday in the town.

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Dorf Kouses und ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf die Landschaft mit den Olivenhainen von Manolis, dem Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefreut haben uns die Gastgeschenke. Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung das zu den 10 besten weltweit gehört, Oliven und Raki. Manolis hat uns sogar eine Tour durch seine Olivenhaine mit anschließender Verkostung des Öls in seinem Haus bei Kaffee:). Wir haben viel dazugelernt und er ist mit Herzblut bei der Sache! Danke Manolis. Super war der selbsterstellte Link vom Gastgeber Ioannis, wir haben diese sehr viel genutzt und waren dankbar über die tollen Tipps! Danke Ioannis! Schön ist auch, dass auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

This is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained house. Everything looks exactly like the photos. My family and I (10 people) felt very comfortable there. The location is great because it's both quiet and private but also next to a street with cafes. It's also a 10-minute walk from a subway station and a busy stored-filled square. You don't have to climb any steep hills to get to the house (as you often do in Tbilisi). The host was flexible, responsive, and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung von Sameer ist sehr schön und äußerst modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Der Pool ist äußerst schön und leicht zu erreichen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr hochwertig.

Staying at Mendy’s place was a pleasure. I felt right at home, and everything was super clean. It was cozy, clean, and spacious at the same time. A true 10/10 experience. I would definitely come again! The balcony was a real treat, as well as the beautiful view from both the balcony and window in the bedroom. Got to watch sunrise a couple of times and that was beautiful too. Great neighborhood as well, and super accessible to other areas as well.

What a fabulous host and super place! We were right where we wanted to be. Able to walk wherever we wanted. Just perfect. Laurant is an amazing host. Almost read my mind numerous times. Very accommodating!!!!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!! Siamo stati molto bene nella casa di George. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito ed ha una terrazza con una vista mare splendida, in particolare al tramonto. Tutto corrispondeva a quanto scritto nell'annuncio. La famiglia di George vive nell'appartamento sotto: ci hanno accolto, insieme al vicino di casa, con grandissima simpatia, ospitalità, interesse e ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi necessità. When my flight was delayed and I didnt expect to arrive until 4am I worried that i would have problems checking in- but I didn’t need to worry, there was someone there to meet me. THANKS Apartment was modern, clean exactly as advertised and perfect for my few days stay. the building also was cool when many in the area seemed dated and a little neglected. Zero Issues and I would recommend 1000%

Отличная квартира. Большая (приб. 30 кв.м) гостиная +2 спальни. Отопление - газовый котел. Жили в феврале, было очень тепло в квартире. Лучшая квартира, которую мы снимали в Тбилиси.

İlkın bey en başından sonuna kadar her zaman bize çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş çıkışlarda imkan dahilinde geç çıkma imkanı sundu. Evde her şey düşünülmüş temizlik ürünleri mutfak gereçleri dolaplar yeterliydi. En ufak sorumuza çok hızlı yanıtlar aldık. Evin konumu harika her yere çok yakın diyebiliriz. Birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Balkonun manzarası harika. Biz ailecek gittiğimiz bu konaklamadan çok memnun ayrıldık.

Fantastic penthouse with superb views. Walking distance to old city, mahane yehuda, etc. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, large kitchem and dining area, and 3 balconies with great views. Assaf was very helpful and replied fast. Parking is included but a little complicated because of the security being in central Jerusalem.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war perfekt - von der Sauberkeit über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Lage. Eva war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders toll: Der Kühlschrank war für die ersten Tage gefüllt, was den Start in den Urlaub noch entspannter machte.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό, ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Παρείχε περισσότερα πράγματα απ' ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός.

I’ve stayed in some really good airbnbs but this was my favourite! Dana was so lovely to deal with and went the extra mile to add thoughtful touches. Not only did Dana leave lovely fresh bread, milk, coffee, snacks, laundry detergent and toiletries, she even left a beach bag with beach towels and bats and ball! Everything we needed was generously provided, the keyless entry was perfect and it was an easy walk to Carmel Market and all the buses and 100 meters to the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends xx
