We had a very good stay in this apartment. Strengths Spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and a charming canal view. Fantastic location in the heart of Marina, a lively area full of bars and restaurants. There is a bit of noise, but that's the price to pay for staying in a city that's constantly growing and evolving. Convenient public transport: metro 15 minutes away, tram stop right in front of the building. Responsive and kind host. Areas for improvement Finding the apartment was a bit tricky, and the reception was unavailable due to maintenance work, so the access was only possible through the garage. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been helpful to have this information in advance. The listing mentions a swimming pool, but it is not available at all. No luggage storage, which would be useful for early arrivals or post-checkout plans. Overall, a positive experience—we would recommend it!

Very cool apartment to spend a weekend in Dubai. The view is amazing, the apartment is clean, the location is great, there are deliveries, there is a swimming pool, but the downside is that there are a lot of construction sites around and because of this it is difficult to walk with a stroller, but for an ordinary pedestrian it is great.

Место недалеко от центрального проспекта. Все соответствует описанию. Квартира чистая и есть всё необходимое. Единственное -- не нашел средства для мытья посуды, поэтому оставил кружку, но я оставался на один день и бронировал за день до заселения, так что не считаю это критичным. Mimika заранее отправила все инструкции по заселению, с подробными фотографиями снаружи и внутри квартиры. Рекомендую!

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

This is such a gorgeous place, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. It is a great area to stay--an 8-minute walk to Tram 5--once you are on the tram, it's 10-12 minutes to the center of all. Beds are so comfortable, and there is plenty of room to spread out. Don't let the reviews about the steep hills scare you--I honestly do not know why Google Maps takes people up and down very steep hills. There is a simpler and gentler way: If you put in Tarihi Taş Fırın Balat as an end point when you leave the house, you walk down to the end the street, turn right, then turn left and walk until you get to Tarihi Taş Fırın (3 minutes). It is a very gentle slope, not even a hill. From there you turn left to get to the streets with restaurants and cafes. We tried many of the restaurants and cafes in the welcome guide--all great places. We highly recommend Kevin's place, and would love to stay here again!

wir hatten einen super urlaub in der villa roumeli. sehr freundliche gastgeberin, welche für das wohl der gäste stehts besorgt ist. die unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. es wird mehrmals in der woche gereinigt. schöner kleiner und ruhiger griechischer ort welcher gut erreichbar ist. es ist sogar möglich in einer halben stund an die küste zu laufen. danke

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

Our stay at Andrei and Anna's was wonderful - the room is super cozy, with a very comfortable bed. our hosts were lovely and made sure we will feel at home in their home! The location of the apartment is the best of the best, right in the center of everything, including the beach. highly recommended!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Manolis und Maria sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und es waren sogar Lebensmittel für das Frühstück vorhanden. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung liegt ein toller, kleiner Badestrand ohne Steine, der seicht ins Wasser führt. Außerdem gibt es mehrere gute Tavernen vor der Tür. Der Weg in den Ort hinein führt wunderschön direkt am Wasser entlang. Agios Nikolaos hat viel zu bieten und wir haben sehr schöne Ecken entdeckt. Unser Ausflugsfavorit, nur etwa 10 Kilometer entfernt, war das Bergdorf Kritsa. Mit dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten und makellos sauberen Unterkunft trifft man auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Wahl und kann sich ab dem Moment der Buchung auf den Urlaub freuen!

Our family — parents and two adult children — had an incredible stay. The apartment was pristine and felt like a home away from home with hotel amenities. The location is excellent — steps away from King George St and Dizengoff Square, walkable to the beach and shuk. The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer! Will definitely book again!

We stayed for 2 weeks over the Passover holiday. We had difficulty communicating with the local property manager but the owner Isaac was very responsive and helpful. The lack of communication on the ground was a bit frustrating but did not detract from our fantastic stay. Pros: Clean, thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, with space for entertaining guests. Excellent central location steps to Ben Yehuda, 10 min walk to Mamilla, 30 min walk to Kotel. Many useful items provided: shopping cart, dyson vacuum, excellent hairdryer, converters, shabbat candles, kosher kitchen utensils plus more. Excellent heating/cooling and washer/dryer. Cons: A few items were broken when we arrived (pocket door, terrace awning, door handle, etc). Requests for cleaning help went unanswered. Elevator did not work at times. These were minor annoyances that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this beautiful apt.

We had such a wonderful stay at avishay’s place. The apartment is perfect for our large family. Large open and bright. I only wish we stayed longer to have more opportunities to spend more time in the apartment. The bedrooms were perfect for our 4 children to share. Kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. The bathrooms had everything you need plus huge showers very hot water and great water pressure. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Location is perfect. On a quiet tree lined street but walking distance to the beach and all of Tel Aviv. We communicated with Gavriel and he was very sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back!
