we were a group of 8 girls in a pinch with accommodations and antonis was happy to help! he was very helpful and communicative. he even offered to help us find ferry boat options home at the end of our stay. the space was very clean and beautiful. the beach with restaurants, bars, and lounging areas are just at the bottom of the hill. would highly recommend and stay again! thanks

The place is a little paradise on the not yet crowded island of Chios. The beach is right in front of the house with sunrise and sunset to be seen from the terrasse. Interesting sights (Maesta, Pyrgi, Olimpi) and the most beautiful beaches of the island can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The house is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. And host Aggeliki is really the best host you can have making your stay from the very first minute until the last an unforgettable one. Thank you so much Aggeliki, you are the best ❤️

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier fündig. Wir sind zu 3 gekommen, 2 Schlafräume und ein Schlafsofa ließen uns des Nachts in aller Ruhe schlafen. Das Haus ist nicht groß, bietet, wenn man sich gut organisiert, aber genügend Platz. Das Bad, wir sind Personen von fast1,90, war es etwas beengt. Dafür bot die große Terrasse und der riesige Garten viel Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht, bisweilen unter Verwendung des Grills, integriert auf der Terrasse (siehe Foto). Die Basics Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, waren vorhanden. Zu Begrüßung gab es Wein und Gebäck vom Haus. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr nett von Natasa empfangen. Obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung ankamen, es war bereits 21:00. Auch zu unserer Abreise lief alles unkompliziert ab. Wir wollten erst um 11:00 aus checken, was kein Problem war. Die Anfahrt zum Haus kann man sehr gut über Google Maps finden. Verlässt man die Dorfstraße, geht es noch über einen Schotterweg, entlang einer Gärtnerei, bis zum Ziel.

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Where do I start, me and my friends have rented a few airbnbs every now and then but the moment we stepped foot in this villa we felt a rush of excitement, the rooms have very comfortable beds, the pool is perfect and located amazingly, the common rooms are very well spaced and the view of talabay from this roof is breathtaking. We thought we’d have trouble checking in to the villa but as soon as we got into contact with Sarah, she helped get us into the villa within moments, she was always very responsive and understanding even with some of the trouble we may have caused. Our stay here brought joy and freedom into our friend group and I highly recommend you stay in this airbnb as it is one of the most pristine and amazing ones in all of Jordan.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, and the view even better! We loved having the beach and pool steps away. It was a nice location…walking distance to Dubai Marina (25 minutes) but not so close that you were distracted by the busyness of that area. The beach was very quiet, there was a couple of coffee shops on the beach if you were too lazy (like we were) to go upstairs. While we unfortunately had issues with the cooling system while we were there, the host was very responsive (within minutes) and did their very best to fix the issue promptly. I would recommend this apartment and location.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

We have stayed at Suzanne’s place for a short holidays with our parents and it was just amazing! The location is exceptional! Suzanne was super responsive and we had everything in the villa for a smooth stay. We will for sure visit again! Thank you Suzanne!

Leider mussten wir wegen einer (sehr ärgerlichen) Annullierung des Fluges mit SunExpress unseren Urlaub stornieren. Saime hat uns trotz der nahezu unmöglichen Weitervermietung kulanter Weise die Buchungskosten erstattet. Das hätten wir definitiv nicht erwartet. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm mit sehr schnellen Reaktionszeiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall einen neuen Versuch starten, sobald es unsere Zeit erlaubt. Nochmals sorry, Saime, für die Umstände sowie herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

Le séjour chez Yulie s'est avéré parfait. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner. Convient parfaitement à ceux qui ont envie de confort sans excès en toute tranquillité. On a adoré.

The place was pretty clean, quiet environment with a nice sea view. Joseph was fast in responding to my messages. Although the place is part of the neighborhood, we didn't feel the presence of anyone all day through. Great chill place. Wael

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben keine 50 Meter weg vom menschenleeren und sehr schönen Kiesstrand .Das Wasser war auch jetzt im September noch unfassbar warm und glasklar.Jeden Morgen wunderbar Schwimmen gewesen und danach ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Tollem Blick direkt aufs Meer ! Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge gesehen ! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen auch wenn das Haus und die Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier gibt es einen minimalen Minuspunkt . Von der relativ viel befahrenen Hauptstraße an welcher das Haus unmittelbar angrenzt bekommt man auf der Terrasse fast gar nichts mit . Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort und die Lage mit dem Direktzugang zum Meer und wunderschöner Terrasse möchte ich nochmals deutlich hervorheben. Auch die stets rasche und schnelle Hilfe von Vermieterin Karolina war Top 👍🏻 😇! Wenn ich Rhodos wieder bereisen werde dann würde ich dieses Haus unbedingt wieder wählen. Danke Karolina 🤗

Tatjana’s apartment is spacious, a great design and provides everything you need for a perfect stay. She is a lovely, very efficient host. We use her apartment every time we holiday in RAK as we love it so much, fabulous balcony and right next to beach and pool. They have started to do demolition work nearby but we chose not to let the noise spoil our stay. Thanks Tatjana x

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.
