Great place with amazing viee right in the city centre. Vibrant Tbilisi surroundings and beautiful street.

We had an amazing stay! The main star is obviously the terrace, eating there was a must for us. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The host is friendly and always ready to help, we felt really welcomed. Would be glad to spend our vacation here again!

Quaint, cosy, quiet, comfortable with lots of character. So much better than staying in a condo or apartment building. Steps from the beach, the market, cool little restaurants. Dan (the son) was super friendly and helpful. After a couple of days it felt like home.

The apartment was EXCEPTIONAL. Great location near to Gálata Tower. Just in front of a very convenient Market. Very clean and warm. Great heat. Dodo, the host, was extremely kind, always available for quick answers and recommendations...even during late night and early morning hours.

Уютная большая студия с шикарным панорамным видом на море. Со всеми удобствами - от красивой посуды до иголки с ниткой)) Очень отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда на связи, разрешила выехать попозже, чтобы не торчать в аэропорту. Удобное дистанционное заселение. Буквально в 5-7 минутах пешком от моря. Рядом большой торговый центр, множество магазинов, обменников, кафешек (есть даже Додо пицца). Вобщем, не прогадали с выбором! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Had an absolute ripper of a stay at Levan’s place! He’s a top bloke—warm, friendly, and super welcoming, making sure everything was spot on from the get-go. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of old Tbilisi. It’s an easy 5–10 minute stroll to Liberty Square and Rustaveli Ave, where you’ll find the metro and plenty of buses to get you wherever you need to go. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the photos—no dodgy surprises, just a cosy and comfy spot to call home for a bit. One thing to keep in mind, though: it’s on the fourth floor with no lift, so you’ll be hoofing it up about 90–100 stairs. If you’re not keen on a bit of a climb, that’s something to consider. But here’s the kicker—the effort’s well worth it! The terrace offers a cracking view of the whole city, especially at night when Tbilisi is all lit up. Stunning. All in all, would 100% recommend staying here. Brilliant host, prime location, and a view that’ll knock your socks off.

Great space. Great location by the water and in nice walking distance to the rest of the city. Definitely would stay here again. Roy is an excellent host.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

We stayed at Alia's place for most of Ramadan, it was so spacious and beautiful inside, we felt right at home! It had everything we needed and more. Alia was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and even went out of her way to find us a nanny and nursery nearby and sweets from Istanbul! We can definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment located on the hillside. It is an old historical building with no elevator (the apartment is on the fourth floor). A big terrace with a stunning view. Two comfy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a big living room. Fully air-conditioned. The only problem we have experienced was mosquitos (we suggest the host increase mosquito nets). The furniture on the terrace has to be improved (more oversized table, chair). The neighborhood is pretty, with stores and restaurants. Consider that the house is on the hillside, so all the streets are uphill.

Great value for money stay in Tbilisi. Central location but very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. This place has everything that you need to stay for short or long term.

Η φιλοξενία σαυτό το διαμέρισμα ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από εξαιρετική!!!Δεν θελαμε να φύγουμε!!! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας...Οι παροχές ήταν άριστες και δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας!!Θα έρθουμε ξανά το μόνο σίγουρο 🤗😘

The apartment I’m staying in here in Tbilisi is truly a gem—situated on the top floor with an incredible panoramic view that never gets old. From here, I can see the city unfold in all its charm, especially at sunrise and sunset. Plus, it’s in the perfect location, making it easy to reach the best sightseeing spots while still feeling like a peaceful retreat above the city’s energy. Tamuna, the host, is truly amazing—friendly, supportive, and always responsive. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and is always there to help with anything needed. Her warmth and hospitality add an extra layer of comfort to the stay, making it feel even more welcoming.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

Me and my friend stayed for 4 days in Tbilisi and this was a perfect place just to sleep at and chill out a little bit. It is also very close to a busy street with a lit of restaurants so quite the hot spot!

El alojamiento limpio y ordenado, estuvieron muy pendiente de la limpieza, muy bien ubicado con tiendas y restaurant cerca, el anfitrión muy amable y atento, estuvo siempre pendiente de que nuestra estadia fuera la mejor. Sin duda volveremos alojarnos alli, super recomendado 100% Agradecidos con ustedes.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, με την μόνη εξαίρεση ότι η ντουζιέρα ήταν λιγάκι λερωμένη στον τοίχο (με σκούρες μαύρες τρίχες). Κατ'αλλα όλα ήταν καθαρά (σεντόνια, πάτωμα, πετσέτες κτλ). Το μόνο που ήταν δύσκολο ήταν τα στενά δρομάκια (ειδικά άμα έχεις πλατύ αυτοκίνητο). Η θέα, η ησυχία και η διάθεση από την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν τοπ. Όλα καλά, θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα σίγουρα

Nick is an excellent host who always stayed in contact, kept us informed,and responded quickly.He sent all instructions before check-in and provided details about restaurants,nightclubs,and markets nearby after we arrived.The house was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a municipal issue, resulting in water outages for 3 days during our 1-week stay, but this wasn't Nick's fault. Water was usually cut off at 10-11 am and returned around 6 pm. Despite this, Nick kindly offered us an extra night for free, though we didn't need it. You can ask Nick about any ongoing water issues before booking,but it’s highly likely everything will be fine. There were a few ants in the house, but they weren’t bothersome. The bed was comfortable, heating worked well, and there were no hot water issues. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, and there was even security—a small but protective dog! Freedom Square is only a 15-minute walk away. If I return to Tbilisi, I’ll definitely stay here again!
