We walked in and all our 3 year old and 6 month old wanted to do was hang out in the playroom, play with all the stuff, and crawl around… which meant I could lay in the bean bag chair, read a book, drink a beer, and watch the snow fall. That’s living the dream :). A space you can actually relax with young kids is awesome… and hard to find. Also, it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do.

Karen's place is so beautiful. Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Hot tub was perfect and game table was a lot of fun. Looking forward to going back when the pool is open. Highly recommend staying here!

Location was as described and exactly where we needed to be for a night at Playhouse Square. Great location, fun building. Our weather was warm, so the rooftop hang out was fantastic!! The couch was comfortable but could use an end table to put your beverage on while sitting. The bed was very comfortable and had two pillows per person - love that! Clean, white, crisp sheets. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful home! One of the highlights for us was the amazing outdoor space - the heated pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for relaxing and unwinding, especially in the evening. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, one teen, and one child) just returned from a 3 night stay at the loft. The space was as described: beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had issues finding parking and with the noise level from the bar downstairs (live music until midnight or later on Mon/Tues/Weds nights), but that’s not the host’s fault…just something to be aware of. The place is in walking distance of many great restaurants. Heinen’s is a must-visit (weird to say that about a grocery store, but it is spectacular) and Progressive Field was less than a 5 min walk.

Visited Cleveland for couple of football games. Group of 8 stayed in both units, and it was great set-up. Everyone had their own bed and lots of space to relax. Neighborhood had quite a few interesting bars and restaurants in short walking distance. Recommend to groups. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing! The huge window to view the pool made our entrance even more exciting! The house was clean, host was easy to communicate with and had easy instructions on entering the house and how to check out. We loved the beautiful landscaping, the flowers were stunning. The location is outstanding, short walk to Progressive field, coffee shops, Heinens grocery store and short ride to Flats. The unit is simple, yet well appointed and as described. Only recommendation is a Keurig versus a coffee pot. Facility was great, with great gym, common space etc. Our host was very responsive as well. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Top Tier Hospitality! I stayed here for 3 weeks and I have no complaints. Excellent location, safe and walkable to restaurants and Heinen's grocery store. Check in was easy and had excellent directions. The space was just like the photos and very clean. The unit was filled with amenities. blender, toaster, coffee, clothes steamer, hair dryer and so much more! The building is also filled with beautiful amenities. Very good gym, which I used daily, conference rooms and the rooftop is great! Day and night concierges were awesome!!! Whenever I had a question or needed something done, the text response was super fast. This management company got it right! I'll definitely be staying again. Thank you to the entire team. You made my stay absolutely beautiful.

Stayed here for three weeks while in town for work. A short walk from playhouse square which was perfect for me. The only downfall was the size of the trash can in the kitchen is a bit small for longer stays.

Had a great stay! Location was amazing, easy parking and walkable to all attractions. Room was exactly like the pictures, wifi worked well, everything was very clean and organized. The cleaning fee was a bit steep but other than that everything was great.
