Noel was an incredibly gracious and friendly host, providing us with everything we needed for a great stay in her apartment. The apartment itself is so cozy; we particularly enjoyed the library room and exploring the hundreds of titles Noel keeps there. I would recommend Noel’s apartment to anyone that is making a trip to New Haven.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, sunlit house. The home has a garage and is equipped with a charging station, which was super convenient. The bedroom balcony offers a stunning view of the sunrise — waking up to that every morning was such a treat. I absolutely loved the warm and cozy color palette of the interior. The kitchen is well-stocked with all kinds of seasonings and cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals. There are many lovely plants throughout the house, adding to the relaxing and homely vibe. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the space is very spacious overall. Communication was also very prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

Michael is such a courteous, considerate and generous host. We have stayed many, many times and it feels like a second home. I highly recommend this cozy, clean apartment. Micheal goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Best host! Truly!

We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

We’ve stayed at a couple of Peter’s properties and each one is cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location is amazing as it’s only a few minutes from Mystic. There’s beaches only twenty minutes away and great restaurants under ten minutes away. We will definitely stay again!

Myself and a few friends stayed here to celebrate a 40th birthday and we all loved it! The space is so unique yet still cozy and very relaxing. We were able to cook easily in the fully stocked kitchen all of the bedrooms were comfortable. Spent a majority of our time just hanging in the living room, but did get around to utilizing the hot tub. Would highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend away.

This is a lovely home and Jose was an incredible host; very responsive when we had a few things come up. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/etc. - best we've ever had at an AirBnB - and we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner along with baking a host of treats. All of the beds were super comfortable and there was a huge amount of space for the 6 adults and 2 kids, and for when relatives who were local would come hang out. It was a perfect home away from home for the holidays!

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

Irene was an absolutely wonderful host, and my stay at her Southampton House with 2 Fireplaces was everything I hoped for and more! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her warm hospitality. The house itself is beautiful and cozy, and those two fireplaces are such a special touch-they really set the mood for a relaxing getaway. Communication with Irene was seamless; she provided all the details I needed-right down to ensuring that all doors (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and front) were locked upon checkout, which made me feel very secure and carefree during my stay. She was always esponsive and made sure I had everything I could possibly need, offering fantastic local suggestions and being open to any feedback for improvement. I can't recommend Irene's Southampton House highly enough. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful escape, and I'm looking forward to coming back. If you're looking for a gracious and attentive host, book with irene without hesitation!

I considered gate keeping but this space may go down as our best stay on the app yet. A charming yet tech modern house to spend time with family but also has enough space if you need personal time on your own. The 2 living rooms were clutch. The combination of environment, decor, plush beds and soft linens gave my family and I the recharge we needed. A 4 minute drive from the heart of town and you will have your local guide Rafa available via text or call if you find yourself needing anything else. Would highly recommend. Hopefully his space won’t be completely booked out next year!

There alarm from the fire station was a bit unexpected, but at least they’re close by if anything happened. I also had to purchase forks as there were only 3 forks for a place that sleeps 12. But overall it was a good space and we had a great time.

A very comfortable place for a large group to stay. We had 9 and everyone had a comfortable bed with only one couple sharing a massive (california?) king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and glassware. (As always with any house rental, if you want to cook, bring your own knives). Huge dining table fit us all with room to spare. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone to hang out in while breakfast was being made by 2-3 people. Convenient off street parking. Easy on off to the highway. Very clear instructions on how to get in. This is a large, three storey home that's been nicely touched up and improved. The wood floors are beautifully redone--what look to be original wood floors. The bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. The place was spotless, uncluttered, and the perfect temperature when we arrived.

The home exceeded our expectations! We had a long drive from (Pennsylvania to Massachusetts) and were able to find the home and make a nice dinner soon after arrival. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, making our next day so much more pleasant. The location is quiet and private, and the home itself is beautiful. I would love to stay there again when we make another journey in the future. Martin was always helpful and available.

great stay, just as expected

The condo was beautiful, very clean and had many extras one wouldn't have expected. The owner put a lot of thought and detail to providing little extras for renters. I liked the location of the condo very easy to get to. I had an awesome weekend right next to the Norwich Spa and close to Mohegan and Foxwoods! I would definitely recommend this place and return in the future. Nat was a perfect host! Thank you for everything! Gai

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Great room for a short visit to spa or Mohegan. Comfortable bed. Nice option having the couch available. Lovely little back porch gets great afternoon sun. If you plan on cooking be sure to review available items as you may need to bring some supplies. very short walk up the hill to jacuzzi, walk other way to outdoor pool. Loved the decor. Quant

Great spot with super easy beach access! The view from the bedroom windows is awesome especially for sunrise. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was the lil extras that did it for me. The snacks, coffee bar, hygiene products, toothbrush, and yes, the noise reducer and white noise Alexa!!!! All of that is what added to the overall experience. Thank you!!!
