My family and I have rented several homes for vacation over the years, but this home is truly a special place. The property is gorgeous! The views are amazing, and we enjoyed spending many hours taking it all in. Lots of wildlife to observe and the private hiking trail was a great bonus. The house itself was wonderful…a unique mix of history, art, music, and modern technology. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need and plenty of it. We have never seen a vacation house with so many extra linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. We were so impressed! Hector is an exceptional host, friendly and responsive. His home is incredibly peaceful, a true sanctuary. We are so very grateful that we chose this house for our family vacation. Thank you, Hector!

This was a great location for our family of 7. There were enough beds, good amenities, and it was a great location to get down to the Connecticut River. It was centrally located and we were able to explore many cities in CT due to the location. The hosts were extremely responsive and the home was well-maintained.

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! Brought my girls there as a little get away in preparation for my wedding day. Jhismery was responsive so quickly and so accommodating with some questions I had. Stunning view of the lake and the house had this homey feel to it. I would book it again as a weekend getaway again!

My adult children stayed in Thomas's cottage and it worked out great for us. It was close to our main house and there was plenty of room for them. Unfortunately our stay was in the winter so we couldn't take advantage of the lake area, which is a beautiful area. The house had everything that we needed and we would definitely come back again. We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying in the home and both times Mariza was accommodating and great to work with. The house is in a great location on the water and is clean and maintained very well. We plan to stay again in the future!

Fun location. My husband saw a deer and her fawn one morning on the back deck! Everything was as listed. Just be aware, they have crystal pieces as decor. They are up on shelves, but if you have curious kids (mine!) they might be tempted to touch them. It wasn't a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, a great stay!

I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our Christmas visit with family. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay in East Hampton. We will be back!

We really loved Kim’s house! It’s very well appointed, beautifully renovated and her well stocked. It’s extremely clean and inviting and we felt right at home and very comfortable. Kim was even sweet enough to leave some toys and puzzles out for us knowing we have a toddler - that was such a nice touch but also very helpful in keeping our son occupied and having fun the whole weekend. We loved the nearby restaurants and the beach is so close and very nice! Hope to be back!

We had a great stay! This home is clean and well equipped. We felt right at home. The lake view was beautiful and we especially loved waking up and looking right out at the serene and peaceful setting. We barely knew anyone was above us with the exception of very occasionally hearing quiet footsteps. Kevin is a wonderful host! Thank you for our stay and we hope to stay again!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog so we could attend the UConn WBB final home game at Gampel. It was the perfect location for what we had planned and what we needed for a weekend. Check in was a breeze, the Airbnb was super clean. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again for future UConn games.

The space was in pristine condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest surprises was the provision of homegrown eggs and pancake mix, which made our mornings extra special. Our children were thrilled with Alexa :) and the age-appropriate games provided, keeping them entertained. The attention to detail and warm hospitality were truly 10/10. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a family-friendly getaway, this Airbnb is an absolute gem. We can’t recommend it enough and would love to return!

This place was amazing!!! House was very nice and helpful. Beautiful place to stay and peaceful with the sound of the stream near.

We only had a short stay, but John was a great help letting us check in early - they clearly love their home and the town, offering annotated menus of local restaurants and info on many natural features to visit in the area. Delightful decor, many many plants, plenty of linens available, no shortage of room to lounge and relax. Parking was a cinch, checkout directions were clear and simple. Would stay again.

Alexis’s place was perfect. Plenty of space for my husband and our 9 month old daughter. The neighborhood was walkable and serene with beautiful views of the water nearby. I hope we get to visit again soon!

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. Thank you Ricardo and family. We will definitely be back if you’ll have us! Cheers 🥂

The house was perfect. I felt right at home. Beautiful views. 5 min from town and my family. A view of East Hampton I have never seen. Host was easy to get a hold of. It was a home away from home. I plan to stay again if available when i need it.

Had a really wonderful time here for my friends’ trip. Kimberly was a communicative and amazing host, and the cottage was clean and well-stocked. The location is also perfect if you are hoping to enjoy some peace and relaxation, with nearby parks and trails available for exploration.

Love this cottage. It's an older building but well maintained, comfortable and clean. Love the theme and there were just the right amount of decorations with that theme in mind. The cottage is bright from natural lighting. We stayed in winter but the deck looks like it would be a great place to hang out in the summer.

What a beautiful weekend in a beautiful, cozy space! We felt immediately at home. The view from the cottage is even more stunning than the pictures. You can tell Donna really cares about this space by all the little touches and details. It was spotlessly clean and the couch is so comfortable! We loved sitting out on the deck by the fire pit and enjoying the fall foliage. Nearby Chester, CT was a trip highlight for us as well. We’d love to make a repeat visit!

Great place !!! Big spacious floor plan and fit all of us very comfortably while keeping us all under one roof. The games that were at the home were a bonus !!! If we ever come back we will stay again

Amos’s place was wonderful. All the beds were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of bedding for our group, it was all very clean. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and all the games. Beautiful location right by the lake, in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Karl was very responsive and great to work with. I live locally and my family came to visit. He allowed me to bring some kayaks over before the check in time which was very nice and helpful. The linens weren't on the beds which was a bummer as my family got in at 1am and we had to make all of the beds at that time, but otherwise the house is perfect. Lots of outdoor seating areas, beautiful dock, fantastic kitchen, very kind neighbors, etc. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will stay again.

Aaron’s place went above and beyond when it came to our needs for accessibility. The place was perfectly fit for a person who needs those extra. little things from a ramp to get it, to a shower that can accommodate a shower chair. The beds were super comfy and we had great nights sleep every time.
