We loved our stay at Brittany's. It was exactly as described and was everything we needed. I wish we were able to stay longer than the weekend. I loved waking up and walking around with my coffee to see the animals. The land is gorgeous. Brittany's communication was great. Others on the land were friendly. There were several amenities in the home that made the trip even better/easier. If we travel to CT again, we will definitely try to stay at Brittany's. If you loved animals - this will be a perfect place for you. Even if you don't, you could easily avoid the animals by staying at the home. There is a nice deck and grills outside on the deck for use as well.

Dear Shubert and Samantha, I wanted to express how much I enjoyed my stay in your studio. The space is beautifully decorated and the amenities were fantastic. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked bathroom and the thoughtful touches like the coffee, tea, and half-and-half in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the views were wonderful – I was even lucky enough to experience a snowfall during my stay! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, which made it easy to explore downtown and attend the Goodspeed Festival of New Musicals. Your instructions for accessing the studio were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the offer of a garage space, although I didn't need it this time. Becky's place is the epitome of Hygge - the joy and peace of being in a cozy, artfully curated refuge from life's stress. Along with the beauty Becky created, she herself, is a gem. She is warm and welcoming while also respectful of privacy. The land surrounding the cottage (that's what it feels like) is magical. There are definitely healing energies abounding. I could go on and on. But suffice it to say -- my stay was a blessing and I will definitely be returning.

Tracy has been the easiest host I have ever worked with. She responded quickly, and also reached out to me a few times to check that all was going well. We stayed for 10 nights and it felt like home. This is a quaint 1724 house, and we appreciated the historical features of the house and the ease of walking in Guilford.

What a great place in a perfect Location. Walk out your door to some great shops and wonderful restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything more in the place or the area !!! Will be staying there again !!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Comfortable accommodation. Everything you could ask for. We we’re lucky to stay longer over the holiday. Dave and Charlene are great hosts, great communicators. We plan to stay at this location whenever we vist family in Connecticut.

Marina’s home is beautiful! We were there for a night and took advantage of the well situated kitchen during our stay. The place was easy to find and very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views of the river were lovely.

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! Brought my girls there as a little get away in preparation for my wedding day. Jhismery was responsive so quickly and so accommodating with some questions I had. Stunning view of the lake and the house had this homey feel to it. I would book it again as a weekend getaway again!

Would absolutely book again. We were travelling as a family of four (teenager and an elementary schooler) to visit family in Guilford area. This was a great space for us, three bedrooms and baths, den, sitting room, kitchen, dining area. You could do this as a family of five pretty easily, maybe six if someone sleeps on a couch. There's a back porch we didn't use due to cold weather but I suspect is lovely in summer. The residence is well maintained and tastefully decorated, I suspect some of the wall decorations are at Sharon's store. Wi-fi and TV with tubi subscription, and there were some board games in the closet. Sharon noticed snow in the forecast and salted the driveway and walk before we arrived. We didn't experience any problems per se but Sharon was very responsive when we had questions. We had a really positive experience.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

Sascha was a terrific host and we had a wonderful stay at his home. The home was beautiful: plenty of space to spread out, relax, and everything was incredibly clean and tidy. It was also well-stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated Sascha's friendly demeanor, and he was a pleasure to communicate with. We hope to return here in the near future for another stay.

Wonderful stay! Close to beautiful historic downtown Essex. Short walk to coffee shop in the morning and dinner at night! Kayaking in Long Island sound! Great biking! Super clean, well decorated. Everything was new and Very cozy! Perfect couples getaway in the lower Connecticut valley!! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, spacious, attractive, well-appointed home, and an absolutely delightful stay for our group of 7 over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything is comfortable including the ample beds. The kitchen is huge and well supplied. The television is excellent (handy for the basketball game we wanted to watch). Brenda and Dean are friendly, helpful, informative, flexible, and extremely responsive. We had a little trouble at first controlling the heat as the system is a bit complicated; we recommend taking the hosts up on their offer to help explain it sooner rather than later (we chose not to bother them on the holiday itself). All in all, we had a great stay and have no complaints. We hope to be back next time our Thanksgiving is hosted in Guilford!

Great stay! One of the best AirBnB accomodations we have visited; everything was perfect! The location is ideal to walk to Water's Edge Resort or downtown Westbrook, very close to the beach. The stay was beautiful with brand new amenities, exactly as described. Kelly was very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions we had. We cannot wait to stay here again for a future stay.

We had a great stay at Erin’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making sure I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kim's place was perfect! it was nice and clean! Unit has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. Lim was very responsive and had creative solutions when needed! The area is great! lots of hiking, wineries, historical places and of course casinos. Would stay again!

The apartment was perfect! Well kept, very clean, quiet. Elizabeth is a pro - always responded quickly and her instructions were easy to follow. Made my three days a perfect stay!

This was by far one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at quite a few! Christina provided clear instructions in advance of how to access the property so no time was wasted trying to figure out how to access anything. I also had mentioned it was an anniversary surprise and Christina went out of her way to decorate and provide wine which my fiancé absolutely loved! There were also many board games provided along with smart tvs in the living room and bedroom which was perfect for any staycation. Also no need to stress if you forget a toiletry because most were also provided which was extremely convenient! Not only was the place extremely accommodating but it was also unbelievably clean and the decor was so fun and welcoming! If you are also planning on going to the casino or the spa at Norwich Inn the location is beyond perfect! I absolutely will be staying here again for future staycations and will recommend it to absolutely anyone!

Had a wonderful stay! It was so cute and cozy and just what we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. My daughter and I had a great mix of fun at local wineries, concert and dancing at Mohegan Sun just minutes away and a wonderful relaxing time at the spa just a short walk away. We also took a trip to Mystic for some shopping and a great dinner and still managed to have some nice wind down time in front of the fire watching a comedy on Netflix. The condo had everything we needed as well as great touches of snacks and coffee plus all sorts of creamers. Would definitely come back again!!!

We had a great time at Vanessa’s apartment with our dog. Vanessa was always responsive and very helpful along the way. Centrally located between all of the surrounding towns and the apartment had everything you needed! The nature of the complex does allow for some outside noise from neighbors but the apartment complex was very peaceful and well kept. We hope to be back in the summer time to explore more of the beaches!
