Velma is a really nice host. We always felt well taken care of. There’s a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The street and the neighbours can be a bit loud - not a minus, just mentioning if you’re looking for a quiet place. The place is a good deal for the price and has convenient connection to NYC. Best to take an Uber from/to Newark airport.

Hi we had a great experience in Jersey City. Location instructions were clear, we had easy access to property and it was very comfortable for us. Thank you Tara for allowing us to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From a French press for morning coffee to face wash in the bathroom, the attention to detail was truly impressive. The beds were super comfortable, and the stylish decor made it feel like a luxury retreat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun trip into the city.

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

Karan was very responsive and walked us through a quick resolution to an issue we had. The location was perfect for what we wanted. We were attending a family event in Jersey city. The unit was very clean.

Super charming, comfortable place walking distance to everything! Lovely decor, like new appliances, etc. and clearly a lot of time and thought put into how to make the space efficient, welcoming and comfy. As one other reviewer mentioned, the front room has a little noise, mostly during the day, since you're right on the main street. Which might make it a bit challenging for any light sleepers that snooze on the convertible sofa in the living room. But the bedroom in the back, with a door that closes in between, was very peaceful. Lots of natural light. I was on my own, but having the two bathrooms if there is more than one person is a gift in such a compact space. Tiffany was a fantastic host - super responsive and friendly, very helpful and genuinely concerned that I would have a great time. Wonderful weekend getaway, so close to NYC, and yet so far....which is just what I needed. Thanks Tiffany!

1. good location 2. very clean apartment 3. excellent beds and linens 4 stars only because there are no elevators to the 3rd floor. otherwise, a great place to stay, close to midtown Manhattan, not far from Jersey City. Since we were a group, we used Uber and every place was less than less than $30 for XL uber!

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

Natalia 's place is an excellent option for a stay around Princeton. the house has everything you need, it is very cozy and well kept. the location is excellent, just a few minutes walking to downtown Princeton shops. communication with Natalia was excellent. we had a great time all around. thank you Natalia!

This was our first time using AirBnb. Tina was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The rental was very clean and represented what was listed. It was a close walk to the boardwalk and beach, with lots of restaurants around. We chose to cook a couple of times and all appliances worked properly. The combination of AC and overhead fans kept it very comfortable. The TV was a smart TV and wifi was plenty fast for our needs. Our Family plans to visit again next year, and if available we'll use Tina's property.

El hospedaje era muy lindo , cómodo y todo súper limpio , lo que describían era cierto, lugar muy lindo para hospedarse unos excelentes anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo lo recomendaría 100% al que quiera reservarlo, muy buena comunicación y tenía jabón, shampoo en los baños de cortesía y algunas cosas útiles en la cocina todo lo necesarios, fácil acceso a la casa en la esquina hay un supermercado mexicano con todo lo necesario. Todo súper bien.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. Cristin has done a beautiful job curating her space. I would describe this place as a cross between our deco, vintage French, and Femme designs. The condo is pristine and quiet. The highlight of this listing is the beautiful host. Cristin Is America sweetheart. she made sure I got to and from the train station safely, she prepared meals, allowed me to hang out with her and her friends, and extended check out for a late train departure. I will definitely book again.

Farzi was a very welcoming host and provided a comfortable environment. there was an added bonus for me. i was able to practice my tennis serve on one of the 4 courts. i didn't make use of the swimming pool though. i thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay.
