Fantastic Flat, close to local facilities and great for a break away where you need to work from ‘home’ Really comfortable, clean and spotless, nice to see some essentials left in the cupboards too so you don’t have to run down to the (VERY) local shop as well. Would highly recommend - Host very helpful too and always responsive to questions.

great property ideal for our work over in Shepperton, only 20min commute, good accouple of pubs and restaurant near by, secure parking for a work vehicle and easy to keep a eye on it,

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Rebecca and Scott were fantastic hosts. Their place was the perfect interim home for 3 weeks whilst we awaited getting our new house and have found it hard to say goodbye when we had to leave. They were so responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our long stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful location in Shere with so many walks on your doorstep! Great place

A lovely stay at Alicia's place, we had a last minute change of heart on our trip around England and decided to change from a pub room to an apartment for our family of 4. Was certainly worth the small amount extra to stay in complete luxury! Everything was thought of, we appreciated the small touches such as a decent sized laundry rack and even some clips to keep food fresh! The apartment was spotless, warm and cosy and a perfect place to relax once the kids had gone to bed. Highly recommend.

I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

L’appartement est conforme au photos pour l’intérieur, mais pendant notre séjour, en hiver, l’extérieur n’est pas préparé. La literie est moyenne.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and feels like you’re right at home. Withing walking distance to the beach. Host was very accommodating when we forgot my daughter’s blanket and didn’t think twice about helping us get it back. Amazing stay and great host. Will definitely be back 👍🏽

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had a fantastic stay here! Mary was super helpful and the place was immaculately prepared. The breakfast stocking made for a very nice touch, and the neighborhood is a nice area. Very good value for the money and I would highly recommend

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Great accomdation and home on top of a hill in Brighton. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay, accomdation had everything we needed. Within walking distance of the Lanes, the seafront, and Sea Lanes. some great local pubs on the doorstep as well. Many Thanks we woulld book again

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

Gorgeous little 2/3 bed in one of the quietest and loveliest roads right off the seafront, plenty of space, large dining area, "waterfall" high shower, well furnished thoughout with all amenities you might need. Perfect for a few nights rest and recovery.

We had a great 2 night stay. The flat was lovely and we felt very at home. It was easy to travel into Brighton and back again, the beach across the road is beautiful. Checkin was very easy and Joanne was extremely helpful. We had our puppy Florence with us and she loved darting around the garden (which is totally secure) We would definitely recommend staying here. We had a fantastic stay at David's place! The space was very clean and beautifully decorated, and there was everything we needed to relax, cook, and enjoy our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the sea front and the city centre. We parked up at the Buzz Bingo hall car park which worked really well for us. David was communicative and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely visit again.

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

We had a great weekend stay at Roman's Retreat. The flat is in a private road with a partial sea view. It is well located on the south coast of Hayling Island. We had great weather so were able to walk along the sea front with ease. On our first night we ate out in one of the local pubs, there were two very close by with other dining options. In the morning we nipped out to the convenience store (around the corner) and grabbed a coffee from one of the many coffee shops. The place has two spacious bedrooms and a large living room with two sofas. Everything you need for a couple or family of four. The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly refurbished and therefore spotlessly clean. It's a first floor flat which benefits from a small balcony which I sat out on taking in the late September afternoon sun. We parked right outside in the private road which felt safe and secure. It's a great place for a visit to Hayling Island. Louise was a great host, very responsive. Thanks!

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
