Geraldo was extremely accommodating, quick to respond and very easy to talk to. He was proactive about items and I thoroughly enjoyed renting his space. The house itself was beautiful! Well maintained and exactly what I needed. I will look for Geraldo’s property’s first when I need to visit again!

Visiting my son during his first parents weekend at college. I was able to feel right at home at Carla‘s house with my 18-year-old playing board games swimming in the pool shooting hoops. It was such a comfortable stay and she was so kind and generous, I would definitely stay there again.

Trevor was an excellent host. The home was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The neighborhood was family friendly but peaceful and the perfect place to relax after a long day of dance competitions. The beds were the most comfortable we have had at an AirBNB!

We had a lovely stay! It was close to family that we were visiting. Well stocked. Only issues were finding towels for bathrooms and kitchen, and finding that note stating that outlets in bedrooms were controlled by the switch inside the door!

As a carpenter, the most impressive thing I noticed is that the stairs didn't creak while walking them. In my opinion, that's a small detail of a well built house that often goes unnoticed. That level of detail was present in every other aspect of my stay as well.

My favorite place in Cola to stay. Should probably be more secretive about it.

Loved the house and surroundings. Grocery store is super close which made it convenient to make my own meals. Loved having a full kitchen. If there is someone staying in the other unit, you will hear their full conversations (which is noted in the listing that a wall is shared and you can hear them). Great water pressure. Comfortable bed. John was super friendly and helpful. Will be back if ever in the area again. Thanks for a restful stay!

A few small issues during our month stay were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for others looking for a convenient location near Columbia and Lexington SC

Needed a place for a night. Patricia helped me with an early check in that I needed. Home is on a quiet street out of the way from heavy traffic. Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.

Host was very reachable. Place was clean and maintained. Family of 4 with our pets fit and didn’t feel cramped. Worth the stay and easy to get to anywhere locally.

Ellen and Arnold’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was so charming and we felt immediately at home! From the welcome treats to the delightful sunroom, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend for a beautiful, cozy, and charming stay!

Military friendly —- we stayed here for +2 months while waiting for housing (with 2 active toddlers). Backyard is huge and it was great for them to run around and the bedrooms came with keys in case the kids locked themselves inside. Worth every penny, Chris is an accommodating host. I’m very grateful.

This house was beautifully put together and perfect for a family. the lake view was amazing and you could see and hear the geese, fish, and birds all around. As for the neighborhood, everyone was friendly and there wasn't much noise to complain about. Would highly recommend the stay and look forward to going back 🥰
