Awesome home!! We were so happy with our stay that we definitely plan on staying there again when visiting Houston. First of all, Kelly was a great host and was extremely responsive and clear. The home was in great shape with a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great too. Loved the counter space in the primary bath. Backyard was awesome with a nice shaded porch with furniture, a propane fire pit and a grill (we didn’t use the grill, but there were specific directions on how to). Neighborhood was nice and quiet and relatively close to stores and restaurants. Finally everything was very clean and the home smelled great. One of the best rentals we’ve had!

Andrew is a great host and has a really nice place near the Heights, downtown, and Mid Town. He made everything easy with check in and communicated perfectly before, during, and after our stay. I would not hesitate to book his place again.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood which we loved and helped us feel safe and like we were at home! Absolutely loved the outdoor space and the living room, we felt very relaxed after long days of sightseeing with friends. Dana was very helpful and checked in on us during our stay, which was awesome! Definitely consider this place for a stay if you’re looking to visit Houston!

The house feels very spacious, and welcoming. The master bathroom has a wonderful shower faucet, and it was very relaxing to take showers at the exact temperature. I loved the remote control to control fan/light as you can turn off the light right from your bed. In the kitchen you can find a keurig single serve coffee maker and great cups. I loved that there were full size washer machine and dryer since winter time we tend to layer and have more clothing to wash. I would go back to this place if I am staying in Houston again.

This is such a cool place! If you want something other than a typical boring greige house with department store decor, this is the perfect house. Tons of antique and original art throughout with custom furniture made from old mercantile elements. It feels like staying at a friend’s home-your friend that travels the world and brings back amazing treasures and has a funky flair for decorating. The kitchen has everything and more, it is a true chef’s delight. The toiletries were high end and the towels super soft. The 3 larg gathering spaces are far enough from each other so there is no noise crossover! One group can watch a game on the giant TV, others read peacefully upstairs, and still there is the Chesterfield sofa room with doors to the back garden that is also its own private haven. The 3rd floor loft is big! It has its own gathering space. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location was ideal for eating out, shopping, Buffalo Bayou and River Oaks. It is all great!

The home was very clean had a nice open floor plan with accommodating amenities for guests. It felt like home away from home. Better than a hotel for sure. Neighborhood is cool it’s quiet.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The stay and place was amazing. The host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. The area was close to everything but about 25 minutes from downtown.

We had a great stay at Lydia's place. It was exactly as described, walkable to many things (Whole Foods is right across the street and a great coffee shop), and the included amenities were awesome (we LOVED the gym and the pool was beautiful). It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! Also huge bonus that dogs are allowed. We have a tiny Shih Tzu and it was very easy to take him on walks - and felt very safe while doing it.

Great location for the condo in terms of walkability to nearby restaurants and stores. Convenient to get to other parts of Houston with quick access to highways. We only stayed a short time, but greatly enjoyed our visit. Would definitely book again!

This home away from home is a very clean, very comfortable, peaceful and quiet place to stay within walking distance of MD Anderson. Nearby are parks, museums and other medical centers. Jeff and Stephanie have gone above and beyond to provide everything one could want in the way of amenities as well as information for the local area. Very good communication. We would definitely stay here again.
