It was a great home away from home! The home itself was nicely furnished and warm. We felt comfortable immediately stepping foot into the home. It's very clean! Jennifer definitely put thought into the amenities offered. I'm so grateful for the hair dryer! We had firewood for the fireplace. Nothing was overlooked! Jennifer is friendly and very responsive, all things a great host should be.

The house had lots of space for my large group, and we really enjoyed the time we spent staying here! Emily was a wonderful host; she answered all of my questions quickly and provided lots of helpful resources at the house. Great place to spend a week at!

Jodie's place was exactly what we expected! A charming home in a charming neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with basics plus a few extra things. We stayed here to visit our Ute and to ski. Super convenient for both. Jodie was so easy to get a hold of anytime we had questions. She was great to work with. This home is old - which is a big part of the charm. Renters should be aware that it is not new with all the bells and whistles of a modern space, but it was perfect for what we needed. Any special things about the house were well communicated and/or marked in the house. Jodie is lucky to own such a great place and we were lucky to find it. Walkable to all the fun shops and restaurants on 9th and 9th. 15 minute drive to the airport, less than 10 minutes to the U, 40 minutes to skiing.

Ammon's home is wonderful: it's beautiful and beautifully appointed; has very comfortable furniture & bedding; ample storage & supplies; rooms are thoughtfully laid out, whether for two or for a larger family (spacious kitchen & living areas, large dining table & lots of games). In addition, the back patio offers a lovely private pergola seating area and spacious hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Ammon excels in making one feel at home. He answered our questions promptly, and, when the heat pump in the hot tub went out, he spent a generous amount of his time moving mountains to replace it quickly. Very impressive! Plus, he's a super nice guy. This home is located in the desirable Avenues neighborhood, which is lovely for walks and only a quick drive to groceries/pharmacy, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, hospitals, the university and downtown. This place has it all. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in SLC.

loved staying at Danny's place. Super cozy. beds and sofas were comfy. handle bar is right across the street for a quick bite and beer. easy check in. two car garage with a designated space in the back and plenty of street parking. only 10min from the airport. would def recommend and stay here again. thank you!

Our family vacation from Texas to Utah to meet our new niece was made even more special by our fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient, with a grocery store just around the corner and easy access to major highways. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors added to the welcoming atmosphere. The home itself was super cute, clean, and comfortable. With plenty of room for our family of six, we didn’t feel cramped. We had all the essential amenities and made us feel right at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. And the cereal bar? A huge hit with both the kids and adults! Communication with the host was effortless. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when we needed to adjust our reservation. A snow storm hit during our stay and the host went above and beyond to make sure the front porch and steps were cleared and salted before we woke up. Check out was a breeze. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Kristy is awesome - super helpful! Space is comfortable and simple (a great room bookended by two nice queen bedrooms, each with a nearby simple bath), yet beautifully decorated with extra Kristy touches. Great set-up for two couples/parties wanting to share common space. The small farm is a bonus with a great variety of animals. The hot tub is super convenient and great to have though limited temperature-wise (100°).

Brigham was responsive and helpful from the beginning! His communication was clear and timely and he was very accommodating when we asked to have a couple of extra guests for dinner. The check in process was simple and everything was as promised. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of bedding and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of space. Thank you for a great experience Brigham!

Rob was so nice and responsive! The location is nice and not over crowded or too busy, and was easy to find parking every time. The Airbnb itself was clean and had all the amenities. The beds and overall rooms were comfortable and spacious! 10/10 ⭐️

The place is very cozy and the hosts were very accommodating. As a daylight basement apartment in an older home, there is some noise audible from upstairs when people are walking and such, but it wasn’t bad at all. Just be aware in case you are really sensitive to floor groans and creaks. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Ronald's place. It's large and comfortably furnished, very clean, and has one of the best Airbnb kitchens I've ever seen. Ronald also provided us a pantry full of snacks plus water, juice, and milk in the fridge. We will gladly stay again when we return to SLC!

We have stayed in many Airbnbs around the world and Monica’s hospitality rises above and beyond anything we have experienced. She thoughtfully asked us questions what we eat and when we arrived, we felt like we were opening our own pantry. We loved all of her delicious homemade treats. We so appreciated the rides to and from the ski resort. She anticipates everything you might need and has them on hand. She was extremely responsive in all communications. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with quality kitchen supplies, a very comfortable bed, soothing shower, and even the movie theater. We will be back!

Needed a place to stay near family in Spanish Fork for Thanksgiving. We didn't intend to spend a ton of time there, more or less a place to sleep. Due to a pending snow storm, we needed to leave home to head there a day early and Diana was gracious enough to let us add a day to our booking at the very last minute, she provided access information in an easy to understand way so that when we arrived at 3am, we could immediately go in and sleep. Its a basement apartment, so natural lighting is understandably near non-existent but the space was clean, kitchen was better equipped than I expected (had to do some Thanksgiving cooking), and though they presumably live upstairs in the main house, we rarely heard any noises beyond the occasional footsteps. Water pressure in the shower was a treat, and though I personally slept horribly- my wife and our friend both thought the firm mattresses were great so I can't hold that against the host. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

Everything was as described. We had a short, but good stay. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely wonderful. Pristinely clean property. Everything was so well thought out, all the little details covered. Very clean (and comfortable) bed. Loved the closet full of movies, access to all sorts of drinks and snacks, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity for us sore, tired hikers. Esther was great at accommodating our earlier than usual breakfast timing request. I want to come back to the area JUST to stay here again.

I stayed in room #6 which is in basement. I only stayed 1 night. Everything was as described. Only negative thing I experienced was that if there is noisy guest upstairs? You'll hear alot of thumping. I can't blame the host but the guest that were there could be more respectful when they know others are in the house. I was able to hear their conversations from basement. Maybe insulation could be better or those people were just loud.

The world would be a better place if we were all as kind as SLAVA. Her home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. She is an incredible cook and delights us with fresh prepared breakfast and extras for ski lunches. She even prepared a homemade chicken soup to warm us after a full day of skiing. The blue room has good bedside lighting, the washer/dryer is useful. There is excellent water pressure in the bathroom. SLAVA/Laura readily amended our reservation when we both developed respiratory symptoms and wanted to isolate. They generously, refunded our balance. She is an effervescent senior, lots of energy, and genuinely interested in pleasing her guests. I will think of her flavorful hibiscus tea and cozy blanket throws. SLAVA , you are a #1 hostess. This Bed and Breakfast is exactly what you think of when you hear Bed and Breakfast. The home and decor is authentic. The breakfast was lovely and our housekeeper was very nice. We stay for our Anniversary.

We booked based on a recommendation about price and location but we received much more. Pierrot welcomed us at the door and treated us like favorite cousin's throughout our brief stay. My 25 yo son commented it was just like staying at Grandma's house. Clean, comfy,and lots of snacks! We'll be back.

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

If I could give Teresa ten stars I would. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, but this experience was unique. First the guesthouse. It’s been recently and exquisitely renovated in a style that combines luxury with elegance and fun. The bed was so comfortable and the linens gorgeous. Everything about our living space was perfect, including the wonderful kitchen and bathroom. But it was Teresa’s friendliness that made this experience superlative. She treated us as honored guests—met us when we checked in and showed us around, and her sweet husband brought a whole lot of breakfast foods over for us. Later Teresa brought a plate of delicious cookies—she even asked what kind we wanted! And the next day she brought over a basket of hot chocolate making supplies with the most adorable note from her grandson. Her granddaughter had helped us as check-in and could not have been sweeter. I recommend the guesthouse unreservedly and will definitely stay there again!

Kira was a unique host. How can one give you total and utter privacy and still be so responsive to every request we had. We stayed for 5 weeks and the space has easy access to the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons, dashes to Park City and Sundance. Overall, a wonderful experience; the space felt truly like home.
