Мястото беше повече от добро! Alvaro отговаряше бързо на запитванията ни, беше изключително мил. Апартамента изглежда точно като на снимките, а квартала е изключително тих и спокоен, близо до брега. Наблизо има паркинг, а понякога има и свободни места точно пред апартамента. Долу градината е поддържана и направена с много желание и усилия. Препоръчваме!

Am avut o experienta minunata, gazda ne a așteptat pentru cazare deși avionul a întârziat și am ajuns după miezul nopții. Apartamentul dispune de toate dotările și garajul este un plus. Recomandam acest loc fără ezitare.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Tomeu ma in realtà abbiamo parlato con il co host Maria veramente gentile ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. L'appartamento è ampio e pulito non mancava nulla come nella descrizione perfetto per famiglie o amici. Siamo arrivate nel periodo fuori stagione pertanto non si trovano molte attività aperte noi avevamo auto e non è stato un problema. Ci si muove molto bene anche con autobus. Maria ci ha suggerito orari per andare a Palma con bus. Veramente da consigliare grazie alla bella accoglienza di Maria

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in late March! The location couldn’t have been better – it’s directly on the beach, making it super convenient for us to enjoy the ocean and take in the beautiful views. The apartment was absolutely lovely – very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As a family with a 14-month-old, we were especially appreciative of the thoughtful touches. There was a high chair available for our toddler, which made mealtimes so much easier. The apartment was also very child-friendly, and the availability of a washing machine was a huge bonus for us with a little one. This was our first holiday with our toddler, and everything went perfectly. The host made sure we had a smooth and stress-free experience, with an easy check-in and check-out process. Mooie, rustige locatie vlakbij het strand. Wij huurden een auto en dit zorgde ervoor dat we de drukte van de stad konden ontvluchten in dit stille prachtige appartement.

Spent 9 nights at Gardenia apartment, everything was just as described and pictured. We were made very welcome by Denise & David who met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know. The position of the apartment could not be more ideal for us with Maria's bar and bus stop across the road, the beach at the bottom of the road, Cala Bona & Harbour off to the left and Cala Millor & shops off to the right what more could you ask. The closeness of the apartment to the pool with the advantage of the terrace with sunbeds was very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Cala Bona.

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Such a lovely stay - perfect location and beautiful apartment. The bathrooms were pristine. We rented the host’s parking spot and it worked great for us!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Even better than the photos, it was spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. Our kids loved the piano and played every day, while we enjoyed the stunning terrace with uninterrupted views of Mallorca's green landscapes and mountains. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to a charming square with mature trees and a relaxing vibe. Santa Margalida itself is a delightful, clean, and authentic town with few tourists (in March). Supermarkets offered fresh, affordable produce, and local restaurants served delicious food with friendly service. Families will also appreciate the nearby playground. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, communicative, and thoughtful. He even provided groceries for our late arrival, which was a lifesaver. He also allowed a late checkout, making our departure much easier. This was the best accommodation we've ever stayed in!

Michelle est EXCEPTIONNELLE en tant qu’hôte. Séjour avec 2 enfants. Logement vraiment très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Mise à disposition du linge de plage est un plus pour ne pas s’encombrer. Michelle nous a très bien conseillée lors de notre séjour (aquarium, resto, plage etc….) À faire confiance les yeux fermés. Encore un grand merci pour cet accueil.

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

Tolle Unterkunft, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, aber dennoch ruhig. Lidl 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, Spar & Co. nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Klasse um mit dem Rad die klassischen Rennradtouren zu fahren. 5 min vom Hallenbad entfernt. Hunde sollte man mögen. Die waren super lieb, haben uns aber immer begrüßt. Handtücher wurden sogar 1x gewechselt. Ausstattung für 4 Personen ausreichend. Schlafplätze für 4 Personen kuschlig, aber absolut machbar. Sehr sehr gerne wieder 🫶🏼

Nous avons trouvé le lieu calme et très accueillant de par sa propriétaire, Astrid, aux petits soins de ses hôtes. Une personne charmante, intéressante et toujours de bonne humeur. Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Das Apartment im zweiten Obergeschoss liegt mitten im Zentrum von Artá. Selbst in der Nebensaison (November) geht es an manchen Tagen recht geschäftig in dem schönen Ort zu. Wer eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage sucht, der ist hier richtig. Den Mietwagen kann man wenige Gehminuten entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem größeren Wohn- und Esszimmer, hat 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten / 1 Doppelbett), einem großen Bad, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Sie hat einen Balkon, auf dem man in der Sonne sitzend, dem Treiben auf der Fußgängerzone zuschauen oder den Blick auf die fernen Berge richten kann. Der Kiosk im Erdgeschoss ist sehr praktisch, dort findet man alle nötigen Dinge. Fußläufig gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Wer ans Meer möchte, ist mit dem Auto in 15 bis 20 Minuten dort. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war sehr gut! Ich würde wiederkommen!
