When we first stumbled upon this Cottage on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mandy is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The Cottage is just perfect! Location is incredible and it is our new go to long weekend break in the New Forest. Mandy had excellent restaurant and walk recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Mandy for a wonderful weekend! We will be back, Russ & Michelle

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house with our friends and family. The grounds are spectacular and very peaceful. There were so many things to do that even the busiest of us couldn't get to all of the activities available. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get-away, and we plan on returning for another stay in the future!

Kate and Guy were always on hand & replied to messages straight away, so great communication & very chilled about everything. The house is beautiful, great set up & layout, perfect for kids & what we needed it for with a great local walkable pub. Would definitely recommend this place.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Great place to stay , in walking distance of cowes. Lovely clean house plenty of space for four adults and one small dog. Nice enclosed secure garden . Parking permit was easy to confirm at no cost . Would definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Enjoyed beautiful walks on the common. The weather wasn’t great some days but meant we were able to have relaxing afternoons by the fire. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfy. Love to come back one day.

Andy's house was perfect for our stay to visit family in nearby Bransgore. We had 5 people in the house, and had plenty of room. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed and everything was super clean and well decorated. At such great value for money too, a definite home away from home.

The House is in an ideal situation for the beaches and only a short walk from 3 places to eat and drink. The property was very comfortable, well kept and had all amenities we could have hoped for, we had to communicate with Sarah over a small issue on arrival and she was very polite, friendly and accommodating, rectifying the issue immediately. Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable chez Keely. L'appartement est juste magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Keely et Julie ont été des hôtes formidables, très arrangeantes et compréhensives. Tout était très propre. L'emplacement était idéal pour se balader le long de la plage et pour accéder au centre ville de Ryde.

Fantastic place. Beautiful and stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean. Richard had provided for our every need. Could not have asked for more. The amazingly sunny weather was an added bonus. We did not want to leave.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.
