I went to Sparrow House for a sisters weekend. We had a great time hanging out at the house and enjoying quallity time together. The house is beautiful and spacious and Sarah was very responsive the few times we had questions. I'd definitely stay here again.

Kristin is truly the best host I’ve ever encountered! It is clear that she is doing this not as just a business but because she genuinely wants to create a sacred place rooted in care. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread and she was readily available whenever we needed anything. She always ensured we were comfortable and would even come to shovel periodically when there was a winter storm. Anytime she stopped by she would ask if we needed her to pick up anything and would bring us a treat. The energy of the house is very special, it feels like you are in an extension of nature. There are relics from India, sound bowls, and stones from around the world under the floor that all contribute to the house’s magic. It completely surpassed my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Southwestern-style farmhouse! The secluded environment provided the perfect escape, and we found the space to be incredibly cozy and comfortable. It was well equipped for living, with everything we needed, and the heater kept us warm during our stay. Our host was exceptionally friendly and kind. They provided us with local guides for everything from hiking trails to local attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. We enjoyed breathtaking mountain views and loved wandering the nearby hiking trails. The sight of beautiful horses around the property added to the serene atmosphere. My little one was especially thrilled by the lovely horse decorations inside the house; they truly made the space feel unique and special. The only minor drawback we experienced was the typical squeaky sounds of a wooden house, but it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment.

This place was fabulous. We went on a girls trip and it was perfect setting for us to have a nice dinner and have many a movie night. Also the sauna and cold plunge every day were great for relaxation. Christiana was super responsive. No issues. Would stay again.

This house was great! It was close to many activities in the surrounding area but also felt very private! An Amazing House!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Kinder Hawk is an amazing place to get away from everything and relax. Kinder Hawk is very comfortable, cozy, and has everything you need. Kitchen is equipped well. Bed is very comfortable. Kinder Hawk was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Furniture was very comfy and Gas Fire Place and candles provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxing, reading, and spending time with family. Host is very responsive, accommodating, and informative. Area is very relaxing and peaceful. Welcome basket is amazing and very delicious. Several small towns within a 20 minute drive with multiple things to see and do. Great Hiking close by.

The place was great. It was beautiful, clean and spacious and close to where we needed to be. Brad was responsive and check in and check out was easy. I would only suggest more towels to accommodate the amount of guests the place holds but other than that no complaints here. Thanks a lot and if we ever visit the area again we would definitely stay there.

We has a great time in this beautiful rental. The open floor plan and easy check made for a smooth stay. Location was perfect as we had easy access to train, transportation and rt 280 for fast commutes throughout our 11 day stay !! Attentive representative and open communication was much appreciated. Looking forward to staying again when visiting from the Dominican Republic.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

The pristine pictures barely did it justice of just how beautiful, well maintained & comfortable the apartment would be.. the extra touches, cleanliness & accommodations were more than expected and truly made a difference. The place is exceptionally clean and beautifully renovated, with a modern and welcoming feel. The space is impressively large, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The heater works perfectly, keeping the entire place warm and cozy. Daniela is also a fantastic host—she responds very quickly and is incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

From the time we arrived we felt welcomed . We were greeted on arrival and had any questions we had answered which was very comforting. Yolima was very responsive to any questions and requests we had prior to arrival and throughout our daily commute was a 15min walk to the ferry across to New York buses were even close but enjoyed the morning walk . Overall a great stay would totally recommend staying here .

Wonderful place, close to Pa ski resorts, on a lake, plenty of space, and everything else you’d hope for. The hosts were responsive and when they needed something from us courteous.

Ben and Cindy are a lovely couple and are very hospitable. Anything I needed, they accommodated. I will be staying here again. It is so close to my daughter's summer camp, I really can't beat the price or location convenience.

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Stayed for one night and wished it would have been for longer! Their hospitality was wonderful and breakfast was even better!!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The house was more stunning in person than the photos made it appear. Charlotte was a wonderful host, and breakfast was so thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. The town of Hamburg seems charming and lively for its size and location. I will absolutely stay here again. One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!

Eleanor the host was very attentive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make delicious vegan breakfasts, and to be sure we were comfortable. the is is an 1850's farm house which in in nice shape. The Empire suite was 2 rooms and a private bath. The pillows and linen's were clean and comfortable. The rooms and house were clean and furnished with antiques. One room in the sweet had an extensive library and TV and was a very nice sitting room. The location is a great year round location, is is between the quaint town of Warwick and the Mountain Creek Ski center and water park. Also great for wineries, farms and farmers markets in spring and fall
