This was our 3rd straight year staying in this beautiful house. The pictures are exactly what you'll find in the house. Movie room was great as always. House was very clean when we checked in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Location is great as it is right next to the club house. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful. Steve was always responsive when needed. One of the best homes we've stayed in!

Great house, close to Theme Parks and golf courses. The home looked better in person than the pictures and descriptions. The pool is really big with lots of lounge chairs , pool towels and outdoor dining furniture. Unlike most pools the hot tub actually got incredibly hot and was soothing after multiple rounds of golf. The Hosts responded to any of our questions within 10 min. Check in and check out was easy. Upon arrival, the house was spotless, and the pool heat was on as we requested. This home can easily host 12 people. We were a group of 8 men on a golf trip and we had ample space and we all had our own comfortable beds and washrooms. The beds and pillows and really comfortable as well. All 8 of us didn’t have one complaint. Driveway is big and can fit 4 mini vans if required. Air conditioning was working perfect. Really our group of 8 hard to please, middle aged men, found this property amazing and we will definately book again.

The home was beautiful. My family and I agreed there was more than enough space for everyone. Lisa and her team were very responsive for any questions before my arrival and provided instructions if I needed assistance during my stay. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely look forward to booking this home again.

Great place to stay located near the hottest local bar district of Orlando. Awesome for a group of 7-10 people.

Totally amazing with lots to do just inside the place!! Gaming system & a couple games. Fun little suprises inside. Safe. Clean. Very responsive. Super nice maintanence person (had to check ome thing). They did an incredible job with the decor. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dishes for cooking etc. Pool was warm enough for a mid March swim. Lots of towels. etc etc. We all were talking about how you could bring kids, do a ladies' retreat, couple families, etc.. Loved it.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed accommodations. Home was clean and centrally located to all major attractions in Central Florida. Host was very responsive in sending alternative access code after primary didn't work. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was very spacious, it fit 6-7 guests comfortably and no one was on top of each other, i loved being able to park in the garage and instructions were clear from check in to check out. located very close to so many things, my favorite being target was a 3 min walk away. ubers were not expensive to the places we went. overall great experience, would stay again!

We had an amazing month-long stay at Luis' home! The neighborhood is fantastic— well away from the busy traffic on Hwy 27, making it a peaceful retreat. The house itself is spotless, with a modern kitchen that easily allowed us to prepare family meals. We especially loved the dedicated ping pong area, which added a fun touch to our stay. But the true highlight was the serene lanai, complete with running water—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long workday. Luis was an outstanding host, always available whenever we had a question. He even facilitated a router replacement for the internet, which we truly appreciated. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation, and we will be staying here again!

Tatyana is a great hostess. She was very accommodating. We enjoyed the Property, especially the heated pool. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, Disney and many other attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, with friendly neighbors. We were even able to see several rocket launches from NASA. We felt at home from the first night. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Anytime you can find a dog friendly vacation rental is great. We are already planning on coming back next year. This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

We loved this place. The location was great. It had the private pool which we enjoyed. It was very clean. Had lots of amenities. The kids loved the game room. We were able to take our fur baby which was important. It had lots of room for our family of seven. We had a great time here and are planning on coming back here next year.

Everything was great! We had a few glitches, but the host was very quick to sort them out. The only thing I think the host needs to change is the heating of the pool, sometimes when we were late getting back from the city, we wanted to get into the jacuzzi after 9 p.m., because the heating of the pool was from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

my entire family was happen with the location and how cleanednit was. I will happily come back and rent their property. my family and I are loyal customers.

Highly recommend this property! It’s a very comfortable, roomy home with nice amenities. It’s exactly as described and it was worth every penny spent. We were in town attending a wedding and found the location to be perfect. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to shopping. Our daughter loved the pool and game room. The hosts had impeccable response time to any inquiry we had. We will be back!

Umar was a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or last minute adjustments. We will definitely be back again to stay, as the home was exactly what we needed for our birthday celebration getaway. We had 6 total guest staying the home, which was comfortable and still private.

We booked this house due to its proximity to Northeast Regional Park, where our son was playing lacrosse. The heated pool and hot tub were a big draw - and they were perfect! The host communication was excellent - when there was a repair needed for the pool, a kind neighbor who is friendly with the host helped us initially and John came out and fixed it within 90 minutes. There were plenty of towels, including pool towels. We loved the Mickey waffle maker! We also appreciated the huge refrigerator/freezer and ice maker! The laundry facilities were perfect. The backyard faces a main road - you will get road noise, but there is a high privacy fence so it feels more private. We went to Hollywood Studios one day (20 minutes) and Universal another day (40 minutes). We will definitely return if our son’s team plays in Davenport again next year!

Mariela replied to any questions within 10 minutes or less. A spacious home with 4 bathrooms. What really is telling of a good host is how they respond to an issue you are experiencing with your stay. Mariela responded back to us within minutes and continued to communicate with us until the issue was solved with a positive outcome. That to me is a super host!

It's a beautiful home. We went with our adult kids and grandkids who are 5 and 2. There's a Toy Story bedroom, a Harry Potter bedroom, a huge master bedroom all on the second floor and another bedroom on the first floor. There are even toys for the kids to play with. The pool was great. Brian was a fantastic host.

Our family absolutely loved everything about this home. The decor and paintings on the walls were stunning. The home included so many extra amenities to use the list is endless. Luis was a very responsive host. Our family will definitely stay here for future vacations.
