My stay at Dana's place was fantastic! Dana and Alexander were great hosts - super helpful, very responsive, and they worked with me for my early arrival. The location of the Airbnb was perfect - so many great locations were walkable! I would definitely consider staying again the next time I'm in Nashville!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

This goes on the list as our favorite Place to stay. The place is amazing. The location in The Nations is perfect for us. The local restaurants are great. Perfect distance to all things Nashville! This is also a perfect little couples excursion. The room is very romantic and very Nashville. All the little details did not go unnoticed by us. Host was amazing through the process and everything was perfectly clean….. like the vacuum lines on the couch were perfect. The room is inviting and super comfy, the bed was great. The linens were wonderful and smelled oh so good. Perfection!!!!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many places. He even had it ready early for us to get in when we arrived. Zach iprovided clear check in and check out instructions, and is very responsive to messages. We would defentily stay there again if we reutrn to Nashville.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this amazing Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home! The Airbnb and environment was so breathtaking & refreshing! Mrs. D was soo amazing! She had the place spotless clean! She’s so sweet and easy to communicate with! She even left a box of chocolates and a card for Valentine’s Day for us. I will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone! We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

Had a little difficulty finding it, but the house was as described. It is clean, neat, and up to date. We could not find a remote for the TV in the living room, and within minutes after contacting the owner, they were there with a remote. Great service! We were very pleased with the house and the service.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Ashley’s place was great - especially for our furry friends. We loved sitting on the deck and the inside was very clean.

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

Alex was a great host. He was attentive and proactive. The stay was gorgeous! Simple, clean, inviting feel all around. This place is easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out. If you need to stay some place close to APU, this would be ideal. Thanks, Alex, for a great getaway for our family and fur baby!

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Everything was super clean & tidy!! The beds were extremely comfy and the check in/check out process was very easy/simply. David was very quick to answer and helpful with any questions I had. The decor/vibe was so cute. Would definitely stay again!!!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

We loved our stay in this apartment. Super convenient parking, right next door and an elevator. The unit was in a perfect location to do all the fun stuff in Nashville by foot, while having super quiet and peaceful nights. The bed was particularly comfortable, towels of good quality and the place was very clean.

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.
