This place was amazing, spotlessly clean, it has everything we needed, enough toiletries, kitchen well equipped. We arrived late in the evening and were able to feel right at home. The amenities are great and the place is secluded and still close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for families with young kids. They have a private beach ideal for families with young kids, no big waves, shallow and plenty of sand to play with. I would definitely go back there again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

The condo is spacious, 2 blocks from the beach and enclosed by a private patio. There are restaurants all around, a cvs, a mcdonalds, and a 7/11 for nicknacks and whatamacallits. Beautiful space, easy going, and no complaints. Enjoy it. 😃

39 Fountain Drive W #4A was exactly as described. Located in a gated community on the bayside, it was minutes from everything on Coastal Highway and the boardwalk. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance, but there’s a small market, bar & grill, gym, indoor and outdoor pool all on the property, as well as beaches on the bay and a pier that we frequented daily to crab and fish with the kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the scenery was beautiful. The beach on the ocean side is a short 2-block walk. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for 7 (3 adults and 4 kids). The unit was clean and had all the working amenities that were listed in the description. The door was unlocked using a key code so there was no need for us to worry about losing or forgetting our keys. We had no issues during our stay and Christian responded quickly to any of our questions. We had a great week at Ocean City and would recommend this unit to my family and friends!

Great spot for a weekend getaway with my three teenagers! The unit was comfortable, and the hosts were very communicative, ensuring we were well taken care of. Just a heads-up—make sure to check in before heading to the room to avoid any access issues, especially if you’re arriving late. The front desk was closed when we got in, which delayed our hot water, but everything else was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Sobia’s place was gorgeous and jt matched the description. The apartment had everything we needed to allow for a comfortable stay. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Sobia was very fast responding to any of my questions. Great host and great location! I highly recommend it and will be delighted to come back and stay at this location.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

Vladimir has a great airbnb for the price. within 15 minutes of the boardwalk. The airbnb itself has a very modern design with a nice view.

The location was perfect, and we slept like babies every night. The kids felt right at home and absolutely loved the pool. A fantastic stay for the whole family!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

I just returned from 3 nights at Brittney's place, all i can say is we are already planning next years trip!! Its clean, beautiful, quiet, within walking distance of everything you need. The private patio is fantastic after a day at the pool!!! When we arrived the property manager met us because there was trouble with the Wifi, she went above and beyond to get it resolved. Brittney was in contact with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, even when we needed brunch suggestions!!! You can tell Brittney treats this as her home, not a vacation rental!! We can't wait to come back again!! PS we loved thst she has everything labeled! Thank you again Brittney, from happy vacationers, Christine, John, Karen and George!!!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Sheri was an amazing host and helped me with anything I had questions about and allowed myself & my guests to arrive earlier than the check in time. The place was so awesome inside & out and had all the room we needed! Looking forward to staying here in the near future! Thanks again Sheri!!!

Booked this bnb for a girls’ weekend and it was PERFECT. So spacious, everything you could ever need, cozy, and clean. 10/10 will stay again if I’m back in the area!

Extended family stay, grandparents and 3 children’s families, was great! House was big enough and very clean. Close to beaches and food. Only thing might make it even better is easier way/access to rinse off sand from beaches. (We did not use the development amenities, so cannot review that.)

Marcelo's place was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. Hose was very clean and environment was very peaceful. A very beautiful house I must say and will definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to have such a beautiful place to stay. Will come back again to this house next year.

This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in and I've been using Airbnb for a long time, both as a renter and as a host. I thought I had seen it all, until I stayed at Deborah's place with my family for Thanksgiving. First things first, the hospitality felt like a 5-star hotel. The communication was fast and friendly. Deborah went the extra mile in so many ways to make our stay special. She found out we were celebrating my dad's birthday and left us a special cake, personalized messages, and birthday gifts. She accommodated early check-in AND late check-out. Above and beyond don't begin to describe. The house itself is spacious, beautiful, and perfectly located. I kid you not, whatever you think you might need, the house is fully stocked with it. Cooking large meals, relaxing with family, and exploring Bethany Beach were all a breeze. If you are considering staying here, just do it. Don't think about it. You're in safe hands with Deborah!

We had the best stay at Amy’s immaculate Selbyville property! Amy is absolutely great, she was very responsive, made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay, & great local recommendations! This is one of the first Airbnb’s that I’ve seen have everything you need from the kitchen gadgets, pots & pans, spices, great variety of coffee and tea options, lots of blankets, so many options for games, bicycles for everyone, plus more!! This beautiful home was so comfortable, the rooms were awesome, spacious and the home had a very open concept with a beautiful screened in porch. This home is centrally located, very close to shopping and very quiet area that offers so much within the subdivision. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk which was so relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend this home if you’re visiting the Selbyville area!! I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could!!! You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to visit again. We had a great end of summer escape with family including 5 kids and Anjali’s beach house was the perfect home away from home with plenty of space and comfy hang out rooms, very clean and easy to get to Bethany Beach which we really enjoyed. Booking was easy, communication was fast and helpful. There is even a shuttle to the beach which we didn’t use but looked cute. Highly recommend, especially for young kids who will love the house and the area.
