The host was very responsive from booking to check-out. The village entry was secure, and the caretaker made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks. The unit was spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. However, there was no toilet paper, and hand soap was limited. The kitchen had all we needed, but the fridge wasn’t working properly (the chiller wasn’t cold, but the freezer was fine). The pool and jacuzzi were great, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. The beach had some litter in the afternoon, but it was cleaned by morning and great for swimming. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable stay—perfect for unwinding.

What a nice place...and so friendly hosts. The room (better say appartement linvingroom/TV/kitchen, bedroom A/C, CR w shower ) has everything. If you should get still too hot you can jump in the small pool and enjoy food and drinks there. Go there you will like it!

Beautiful place, mobile signal is a problem..its a good thing they have wifi, we'll definitely go back for longer period...

if you're looking for a place that is quite and private, this is the best place to br, close to resto and bars, few minutes away from market and town, close to beach and peaceful neighborhood. very Friendly and accomodating staff

As a person who has been to Laiya a handful of times, stayed in hotels/ resorts in all of them - this stay was pretty special. We were looking for something affordable, private for the family (being careful & a bunch of introverts) and still be able to access the beach when we want to. This was perfect. The house was easy to find and it was extra charming to see that Ms Sheryll waited for us. She showed us the house, where to find things and it was very quick for us to feel at home in her home. Though we had a hiccup at check out (used to leaving resorts/ hotels before the check out time, in a rush), she was understanding and had continuous communication of the things we had forgotten. On top of that, she was very proactive with her recommendations in the area, that halo halo was amazing! Overall, we loved our stay so much and we are looking to stay more days!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement qui est très bien placé avec un intérieur très agréable, avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Résidence gardée à l’entréé, toute proche du D Mall, 2 minutes à pied. 20 mn environ en trike du port. Pour arriver sur Boracay, prendre de l’aéroport de Caticlan un van : 100 pesos par personnes (réglementé), compter 1/2 h pour arriver au port de Caticlan. Ensuite prendre un billet pour le ferry pour Boracay (environ 500 pesos par personne billet et taxes comprises). Très nombreux départs. Environ 1/4 h de traversée. Pour aller du port à la ville prendre un e-trike (200 pesos pour 2). Dites juste Scandi, les chauffeurs connaissent bien l’adresse. Nous avons trouvé une plage très bien à Diniwid beach. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Pekka 👍

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

If you wanted a place to destress after all the chaos in the metro, this is the perfect place for you. This is also a great place for an intimate gathering/event. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. Il correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il est difficile de trouver des Airbnb au philipinne avec une bonne douche fonctionnel, pour le coup celui ci est très bien, le débit de la salle de bain est très bien, il y a de l’eau chaude. Le lit est confortable, il y a deux Clim, un petit balcon. La cuisine est très bien équipé. Le linge et les serviettes sentent bons. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Seul petit point négatif, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

What a view in the morning. The apartment had a view of the ocean and palm trees below. It was so tranquil. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach commercial center. The only thing to note is that this apartment is in the 3rd floor and we had check-in luggage with us. But the staff was very helpful in helping with our luggage inside the unit.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

We're happy to stay in Paulies unit. The owner is approachable, and attentive and also her caretaker Jaw very friendly and tells me everything what we needed to know.The unit is very clean and tidy inside. We feel like home and easy to this unit. My parents love the balcony its very relaxing and have a beautiful view. The unit is really good if you are coming by family. It's big and spacious. And also if you love cooking they have complete kitchen equipment. Easy to prepare home cook food. For transportation we take HOHO bus easy access in the place it stop by infront of the condominium you don't need to walk. Just go out from the building entrance and wait for the bus. Overall we really have a great time staying in Paulies place. Thank you Ms Paulie and Jaw for accommodating us. Next time again makabalik ulit nang Boracay. Maraming salamat po.

Definitely enjoyed our stay in Iloilo. The place is near to the restaurants we’re looking forward to dine in (eg, Tatoy’s, Netong’s). There’s a number of nearby pasalubong places and walkable spots within the city such as a Biscocho House branch and the Esplanade. The place also was cool, windy, and safe. The unit is clean and the guards are kind and hospitable.

Great place, location, and host. The loft area is a great use of space. Has all the amenities needed as well as kitchen appliances/utensils. Family friendly. Conveniently located - Festive mall and K-town area are easily walkable. Convenience stores are nearby, as well as a 24h bakery.

Rob was an exceptional host providing solid advice from transit to condo to day-to-day necessities. The nearby semiprivate beach was a welcome reprieve from Boracay’s touristy commercial district (i.e. the stations). The HOHO (Hop On Hop Off) bus stops in front of building and provides reasonably priced transport around Boracay. The balcony was ideal for enjoying sunrise while having morning coffee. Friendly and capable staff answered all our questions with a ready smile even carrying our groceries from the HOHO bus to the elevator. Television had great choice of viewing options including Netflix and YouTube. All together we enjoyed a thoroughly peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay.

- Walking distance to Festive Walk / Festive Mall / ILOMOCA museum, lots of places to do around the area. - The place also has good amenities, pool, gym, recreational areas, etc. - Spacious, clean and WFH-friendly. Plenty of storage as well. Overall, we had a nice stay and it is worth the price.
