The host, Ms. Carla was very responsive and the caretaker especially Ate Fely was so friendly and accommodating too. We also loved the food they serve. This place was highly recommended! This is probably the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in the PH! First we are welcomed and assisted right away by their caretakers. The house is well maintained, pristine clean and definitely smells so good everywhere. We loved the view & the facilities — madaming pwede pagtambayan and pagbondingan. Definitely a good place to reconnect with family & friends. The kitchen is completely amazing — dadalhin mo na lang grocery mo for cooking but all the kitchenwares & tablewares are complete including spices, condiments. They also have an outdoor kitchen with grilling corner. This place is well thought of, lahat ng kailangan namin meron sila. At night they even lit a bonfire for us for FREE (some airbnbs offer bonfire but with additional charge, sa kanila free pa), we enjoyed our s’mores bonding. Super super highly recommend this place and we hope to come back & stay again. Thank you so much for our amazing stay!

Mommy Sally's is a very beautiful place and it was a treat to stay there for a week! The two native cottages are very private and steps from the beach. The cottages are gorgeous and I loved the fact that everything was made of natural materials. Food was always fresh and delicious, served on the veranda so I could eat dinner while watching the sun go down. Mommy Sally, her family and staff are amazing people , very friendly and accommodating and it was a pleasure to be their guest. Special thanks to Mario and Marisol for taking me to town and also to Badz, the gentleman who drove me to Rizal and back to PP. He is the kindest person and provided me with so much information about local life and places of interest in Rizal. Mommy Sally's is perfect for nature lovers and people who enjoy ' off the beaten track' places. Thank you to everyone and I'm looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. The space was clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. My family enjoyed the restaurant recommendation. The bonfire was a highlight, creating the perfect ambiance to unwind. The caretaker was incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Irene was extremely responsive and helped with coordinating to her villa greatly - My friends and I were out in El Nido and she coordinated a van to pick us up and drop us off at the villa. She also helped schedule a van for the airport, all at a great price. The facility was spacious and great for a large group of friends, would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.

My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

Tolles Panorama, sehr stilvolle Villen, super Service und Kommunikation. Wenn man Lust auf Aktivitäten/Touren hatte, konnte man sich einfach an die Gastgeber wenden und alles wurde für einen organisiert. Die Unterkunft liegt am Berghang recht abgeschieden mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Wenn man einen Mietwagen nimmt ist auf jeden Fall ein 4x4 ratsam. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung!!

My family and I visited Boracay for the first time since I got married there in 2016. It was the first time my two children were visiting the Philippines as well. The home and location were superb. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue that popped up, but communication was prompt and proactive with appropriate and reasonable alternatives. The location was amazing in Station 1 and right next to one of the best restaurants we visited (definitely loved the oysters - must try). Overall would stay again and recommend.

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway! Thank you, Stella and David, for hosting us so graciously.

We spent 7 days, 6 nights in this villa, and it was wonderful! The location between El Nido town and Vanilla Beach made transportation easy, with tricycles always available. The Happiness Boutique Resort, where the villa is located, was fantastic—great staff, delicious breakfast, relaxing massages, and helpful tour assistance. The villa was spacious, well air-conditioned, and matched the photos. A few things to note: We didn’t know the villa was part of the resort before arrival, which would’ve helped avoid confusion. The address on Airbnb was incorrect, requiring us to reach out for the correct one. We also experienced several power outages, possibly due to weather or other factors, and WiFi was unreliable at times, though the resort has a backup generator. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Location is quite insane, the backyard is literally the beach, just a few steps away and you will be touching Boracay’s beautiful water. There is a little bit of a trek to get to the villa, nothing too much to handle, but expect to get some sand on your toes, you will be walking along the beach to get to the place. The rooftop has amazing views of the best sunsets. Each floor has its own patio, so you will never run out of places to hang out. You are right next to the Lind hotel, so expect some noise, nothing that kept us from sleeping. There are a few things in the villa that could use some refreshing but nothing that would stop me from going back. The highlight of the place would be the housekeepers. Their hospitality is top notch. Very responsive to any needs you need, from grabbing groceries, cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they will catch a trike for you whenever you’re ready to head into town

If I could rate this place 6/5 stars, I would! For context, we booked this listing last minute. There are some minor things that could be improved, like a bit of repainting here and there, and the wooden doors could be replaced since they’re a bit tight and hard to close, probably add indoor slippers, and an outdoor wash area. But none of these were dealbreakers. The place was great! It was homey, clean, and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive, and the ates taking care of the place were friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was clean, and they were refilling it with water and got filled just right in time for our use. They also had sodas and beers available for purchase, which was a small but nice touch that made our stay even better. The air conditioning was also excellent!! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and best of all, they were pet-friendly. Would definitely book again and recommend these to friends

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful views and a great host

The place was beautiful. You get to see the beach front from the veranda or from the master's bedroom. The split type air-conditioned was strong enough to cool the second bedroom. There's a small kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a pot and pan if you choose to do your own cooking. However, it lacked serving platters and serving spoons. For a 5 pax unit, there was not enough hanging rods for wet towels and swim clothes. For days that you don't want to cook, there's a resto bar that you can dine in. It takes them 2 hours before food is served. Henceforth, place your orders 2 hours before meal times. Price of food in the menu is reasonable. I would recommend this place for people who wants a quiet and chill place to stay.

We loved our time in TJM. Booked the main house for my mom’s bday and reunion with our relatives and we all enjoyed the place. We are a total of 37 guest with 20 staying overnight and the space is still big for us. There are multiple corners of the house that is for chilling and also many mattress for sleep or rest. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook. What impressed us the most is the interior of the house, it is beautifully designed. Everything is clean and the staffs are accommodating. It’s a relief that they have a store inside the resort and it’s pretty stocked. The host is responsive and friendly. Hopefully next time we will be able to use their man-made lake to try kayaking. We’ll definitely recommend TJM resort. Thank you for a great stay.

The place is very peaceful, and it gets really cold at night. The only issue was the shower heater, as only a little water came out, and there were no condiments in the kitchen. We also didn’t know there was another cabin nearby, we thought it was private. But overall, the stay was nice and quiet. The owner was very helpful and even let us set up the TV downstairs. Thank you!

The place was just as advertised. It's clean, cozy and communication with the host was stellar. Caretakers were super nice. Kitchen was complete and all amenities available. Occasional brownouts but quick and if a bit extended, caretakers we ready to turn on the gen set (again... as advertised). Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property. Loving the vibe specially the Tiki bar and kitchen! It's quiet and private. Host has also been so generous with the late checkout. Would rate this 5 stars and would def go again. Cape Santiago is just 3 minutes away. Perfect for small families looking for a quick getaway.

The place was great and more than we expected. The only draw back is the fact that it was on the opposite side of the beach and it is ardous to walk back to as it was on a slope. But, once you get in, you'd realize the accommodation and staff are top notch. :)
