The unit exceeded our expectations. It looked exactly like shown in the pictures but there are many excellent features that were not highlighted. The memory foam on the beds are exceptional for me. The view from our window and balcony is the whole stretch of Megaworlds mixed-use township project. Wifi was superfast. Host allowed us to use his premium YouTube account on the wide screen TV. Laundry room is equipped with a washer-dryer and a perfect sunny drying area with lots of hangers. I requested for a late checkin and late checkout because of our flight schedules and the host Sean was very accommodating. Whole unit is spacious and perfect for a family of 6 or group of friends

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

Me, especially my daughter had a wonderful time staying in her place. My daughter enjoyed the pool all by herself. Very clean and spacious, budget friendly and of course very praceful. Would definitely go back ! ❤️

Finally found the perfect unit when travelling to Boracay. This place has everything I needed - comes with complete appliances for cooking, washing machine and fridge, water gallon, 2 extra sofa beds (which was perfect for my group btw since there are 4 of us) plus 2 e-scooters to explore the city - this one is the highlight. Also love the hosts, the property manager Ms Anne and the receptionist Ms Sharon, their soo accomodating and extra kind. Thank you so much for lending us your place, it was so beautiful. Will definitely stay here on our succeeding trips.

The place is clean and cozy. I love the tranquillity of the neighborhood it set my mind at peace and calmness. Though it's quite faraway from the beach, I would still recommend it specially to those who's more into serene places.

Le logement est bien équipé, propre et bien entretenu L'équipe est super réactive pour satisfaire toutes les demandes. Perry m'a donné d'excellents conseils pour choisir les tours les plus adaptés à mes souhaits. De plus, on peut réserver les tours directement auprès d'elle la veille jusqu'à 21h. Elle peut également s'occuper de réserver le transfert avec l'aéroport. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Coron.

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

Will be forever grateful to our host. Very accommodating and hospitable. It was our home when we evacuated from Taal and they received us warmly and helped us greatly.

The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

The place was exactly as it looks like in the pictures! It's clean, has many rooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge space, good internet, and is accessible to tricycles right outside the small street. The host is very accommodating too. We recommend you to stay here!

Alberto’s place is wonderful. My family and I had a very brief stay the night before my flight home, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is very well kept, clean, private and peaceful. I highly recommend this particular Airbnb for those who wish to stay somewhere close to Iloilo International Airport. Communication was easy and they were very responsive to our requests. :)

We had a nice stay at Silungan. Felt right at home. Susana as well as the caretakers were very responsive and friendly. The place was perfect for our group. The pool on the property was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

This place is very accessible to the malls, restaurants, museum, and walking area. We never had a problem booking for grab or taking public transpo. The place is also clean, complete with all the essentials that you will need for your stay, and interiors are beautiful. We definitely had a great stay and we will book this place again when we go back to iloilo.

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. If you’re like us this is a highly recommended place. We will surely be back with our family. Will get 3 more units. Sarah, Richard and Ate Bheng is very helpful for all my questions and needs.

Rob was an exceptional host providing solid advice from transit to condo to day-to-day necessities. The nearby semiprivate beach was a welcome reprieve from Boracay’s touristy commercial district (i.e. the stations). The HOHO (Hop On Hop Off) bus stops in front of building and provides reasonably priced transport around Boracay. The balcony was ideal for enjoying sunrise while having morning coffee. Friendly and capable staff answered all our questions with a ready smile even carrying our groceries from the HOHO bus to the elevator. Television had great choice of viewing options including Netflix and YouTube. All together we enjoyed a thoroughly peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay.

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
