Convenient parking in front of the house. Large cars can park. The house size is suitable for a large family. All necessary equipment is provided. The bathroom and toilet are convenient because they are on the ground floor. You can walk to the station.

Really nice house, with a « home » feeling. Fully functional, there is everything needed. The owner also put there a lot of useful info and flyers about Kyoto and the activities around. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. It fully deserves the name « cozy house »!

Outstanding! Very quiet neighborhood that is close to a wonderful supermarket, 5 minute walk to the train that will access everything in both directions. Very clean and modern accommodation. Hosts were extremely helpful, genuine and kind. I would highly recommend if you want to be out of the congested areas of the city. Several restaurants near by to choose from. 10/10 !

it's great staying at 紅梅's place. Although it took a little time and effort to find the place at first and get in, it was worth staying close to Kyoto station. The house is spacious and has all amenities. The host is very nice and cordial. I recommend this place in Kyoto for a spacious stay in a traditional Japanese house.

Ta's stay was a perfect choice. It was slightly smaller than expected, but still amazing. It felt like we were staying in an authentic machiya. 1.5 bath with one sink outside was definitely very helpful. The washer/dryer combo was also super rare for other stays I have booked. Ta also provided ear plugs if it gets noisy but I didn't find that was the case. It was much colder than expected when I visited Kyoto but the heaters worked very well and we were not cold at all. Will definitely try to stay again in the future.

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

整體入住感覺良好，地方不算太大，但是比較整潔乾淨。唯一美中不足的是和室感覺有些灰塵在桌布上，小孩接觸後有些過敏。 停車場步行約2分鐘，如果行李多比較不方便。

Yuan is so kind and helpful. Though there was a language barrier she went above and beyond for us by picking us up and dropping us off at our requested station!

We enjoyed our stay! It is giving a home vibe and the owner has provided everything we need. the place is neat and clean. the owner was nice and gave some toys to our kids, board games and cards that we can use to spend time.

因為提前約一個小時抵達所以詢問房東是否方便提供寄放行李，房東也及時回覆因為房子都準備就緒表示可以直接入住。非常感謝。 交通非常方便，除了正對面的JR站以外徒步不到一分鐘也有一個公車站，對於許多景點都普遍離車站有段距離的京都來說非常方便。由於就在大馬路旁所以白天會聽到車輛行進聲及電車的聲音，但到了晚上就安靜許多，不會影響到休息。 房子本身也非常乾淨整潔沒有可以挑剔的地方，非常好的住宿體驗！

Mulan is the most incredible host we’ve ever had. The house is so welcoming and homely and cosy. From the first moment, she had been so prompt and responsive and also then offered to pick us up from the train station. It really felt like we were being welcomed home! The home is fully equipped from the bathroom to living room to kitchen, meeting all your needs and beyond. Upon asking Mulan about bikes, she and her lovely husband then prepared and offered us bikes for the rest of our stay. Honestly, it was so hard to leave. This home and Mulan are such a gem! A golden find! 100/10 ! Could not recommend any more highly!

在京都住到了超满意民宿 第三次来京都了，这次看枫叶，跑了好几个景区，主要追求的就是一个交通便利，而且门口就是伏见稻荷大社。附近200米不到就是jr稻荷站，附近还有京阪线，超级方便，离京都站也很近，行李多的话也可以考虑京都站出来乘出租车，非常方便。 这里除了交通便利，还有一个最大的优点就是新，整栋楼看着就很新，电梯很新，室内也很新，且没有新房子的气味，面积也很大，是复式结构，楼下有厨房客厅，一个卧室一个卫生间，楼上有两间榻榻米和一个卫生间，我们四人入住绰绰有余，非常舒适。房东还很贴心的烧了热水，准备了挂耳咖啡，太暖心了，还有很清晰的便利贴小提示，厨房锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，我们还自己做饭过了一个开心的小party，室外的小院子也很可爱，3-6人同行的话，我觉得这里太棒了，非常推荐入住，下次来希望还能住在这里。

Instructions are great, the place is still a little hard to find. But oh so worthwhile. It's a great part of town. Close to interesting things. Quiet. Well connected. We loved having space and room to live. It was warm, clean, and well appointed. Really appreciated having a washing machine. Drying upstairs worked well. Even in the middle of winter. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. This place is a solid base for exploring kyoto and osaka. Thank you.

Giotto was very responsive and friendly. We did not know exactly what time we would arrive but it ended up being in the evening already. Giotto was there to greet us when our taxi arrived and good thing she did because we would not have been able to find the place in the dark! The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Very cozy but it was nice to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Location is convenient for both the Keihan Line (to Gion area) and JR Line (to Kyoto Station), and about 10 minutes walk to Fushimi Inari Taisha. But far enough away to be quiet.

Uzu was a great hostess, very welcoming! To an extent that even when we arrived, there was a chalkboard that she wrote “Welcome” and then our names! My friend got injured before our stay, and she was very understanding and let us arrive later than planned🥰 She was always available when we had a question, and she even made us gifts to remember our stay. To everyone considering booking this Airbnb, think no further! Uzu will make sure your stay will be unforgettable!

The stay at 京都駅前町家 嘉右衛門 was extremely homely. The host communicated clearly the instructions to locate it and we were 5-7min walking over from Kyoto Station with 4 luggage. The host was very welcoming, clearing introducing us to all the amenities around the house from the lounge to the bedroom to the washer-dryer. In our two nights stay at 京都駅前町家 嘉右衛門, we were able to experience living in a heritage machiya yet enjoyed the convenience of modernity furnishings. We will return to 京都駅前町家 嘉右衛門 if we come through Kyoto again, and recommend it to all our friends.

至れり尽くせりで感心しました。敢えて言うなら犬連れだったのですが、せっかく芝生スペースがあったのにフェンス等不完全でドッグランにはならなかった位でしょうか。
