Uncle Rabbit is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is also decent and conveniently located near a convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The entire space was true to the images and description on the listing, in fact the size of the place surpassed our expectation. We were a group of 3 but a group of up to 6 adults can stay comfortably. We were staying for just 1 night but we wish we could stay longer to be able to enjoy the property completely. We used the onsen at the establishment and that too was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and contactless. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, with a large supermarket nearby, as well as a 24h convenience store. We were a bit late in reserving a parking spot for our car at the Akippa parking lot right next to the property so we had to park at a public lot about 6 mins walk away. So if anybody is reserving this room and is driving down, be sure to reserve a parking spot as soon as you receive the notification.

Great quiet spot. strawberry and oranges were in season, locally grown. Wonderful. Apartment was nice, though the hot water is gas and was a little finicky.

Well the apartment was very well maintained! neat & tidy it's has an beautiful sea view from balcony which is best part of the apartment! beds are comfy! perfect setup for Netflix & chill! Just one thing i felt missing is the mirror in the room. The building is very old. Onsen was okay. overall it was a very peaceful stay

This AirBnb was a great place to stay at. Very clean, nice view of the ocean, toilet was nice, and had all the listed amenities. Comfortable bed and the split duct air conditioning/heating worked great. Loved the decorations in the house, game themed and very cute. The AirBnb is certainly right on the busiest road in Atami, so there is always non-stop car traffic — which can be a bit much at times but I am not bothered by noise in order to sleep so it was fine for me. I would also not recommend walking here from the station with suitcases, Atami is very moutainous and the journey was not very fun — just take a taxi it’s quite cheap. Other than that great place!

The exterior may look a bit old, but the interior has been newly renovated, offering a spacious, comfortable, and modern feel. The room is clean and well-maintained, with an excellent view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended!

Great place to stay at and very quite surroundings. The flat was very spacious and comfortable :) The host is friendly and very responsive, highly advisable!

Spend a couple days exploring The Izu Peninsula in late March/early April & decided to spend a night in Shimoda. Naomi’s was the perfect fit. Easy to find, more than enough space to sleep our party of four & a responsive host. Because we only spent the night we weren’t able to make use of all the amenities the property had to offer, but from what we could see, it was steps away from the beach with places to eat nearby & some nice outdoor amenities perfect for the warmer months. House was immaculate with some minor issues (fridge & tv) but the positives far outweighed them, especially since we were only looking for a place to warm up and rest. Naomi’s place totally fit the bill. We would definitely come back if we’re back in the area.

This was one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. Jiro (who lives somewhere else) does a fantastic job of explaining the local area to you and the amnesties of the house and how to use them. During our stay he was incredibly responsive to anything that came up too. The home itself has an astounding view of the sea, and is incredibly comforting. I would be lucky to stay here again.

I don’t think the pictures do the place justice. This house has surpassed all expectations. It’s clean and comfortable, and more importantly, is conducive for kids. Would totally recommend!

部屋、バルコニーからのオーシャンビューが素晴らしいです。綺麗な夕日も見ることができます。部屋もとても清潔感があり、アメニティも充実しています。風の影響で夜のBBQができませんでしたが、とても満足なステイでした。 また伺いたいと思います。

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

是一間很可愛的傳統日式小屋，很溫馨，附近都很寧靜，設施也都很乾淨，大片的玻璃，早上會有陽光灑進來，很療癒，浴室的水壓非常強，洗澡起來很舒服～是個會想二訪的房源～

とても広いお家で「トトロのおうちみたい！」と子供達も大喜びで遊んでました！ ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです(^^)

とても清潔で快適に使用させていただきました。 ドラム式洗濯機が設置されているのがすごくありがたかったです。

卒業旅行で利用させていただきましたが、早急な返信と丁寧な案内でスムーズに予約、チェックインすることができました。屋上のBBQ場や足湯も設備が揃っており、時間いっぱい楽しめました お部屋も綺麗で充実しているので、ぜひ泊まることをおすすめします！最高の思い出になりました

Logement impeccable. Tout y est très bien pensé pour s'y sentir bien tout de suite. Très bon emplacement, la plage direct en bas de l'immeuble et une belle vue sur la mer. Plus toutes les commodités a 5 mn en voiture. Cheryl répond rapidement a nos questions. Merci a elle.
