Had a pleasant overnight stay with my family here! The door lock was intimidating, but we were amazed by the security. 😊 the unit itself was clean and the beds were comfy! The internet could have been faster, though. But overall, we enjoyed our quick staycation here. 😊

Place is pretty clean, we loved it. However i asked for a recommendation for home massage i did not get an answer. I would understand if they do not allow it in the house. They just need to be clear about it. But overall the place was awesome. Complete amenities. If ever we will go to Davao again we will definitely book here.

We absolutely loved this place. Pool, basketball, gym and a mall a 10 min walk away. Its was awesome. The host made sure we had what we needed. She's very responsive. The apt was so nice. Great view with a practical set up. I traveled to get engaged so it was nice to not have any worries with where we laid our heads. A+

I had a wonderful stay at Asmalia's condo. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

What you see is what you get. Darwin’s place gave me the vibes of home. Everything inside is perfectly complement each other. Highly recommend this place. Not spoiling the scenery of pool as you go out of your “balcony” which gives you the feeling of owning it. With two spacious bed which brings you a bit privacy especially when you’re that kind of person who tent to moves while sleeping. The wall mirror was for me the best attraction inside the unit. You will love it if you love taking pictures/selfies.

The hosts are very responsive and accommodating from the time I've inquired about their place up until we have checked-in. The neighborhood is private and secured as it's in a subdivision with guards. It is also near the convenience stores, cafès and restaurants, and tourist spots. You'll definitely get the bang for your buck.

We had a fantastic stay at Cathys place! The spacious living room was a standout feature, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. The price was very affordable, making it an excellent value for the experience. The host was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your great home.

Super nice host and family, the host picked me up in the other place i was and his wife took me to the airport when i needed to leave. The place is awesome on top of the mountains, fresh air and not hot, a nice wind hitting there daily. The wifi conn, space, structure, everything is good! plus you have a super nice support from the host family, while staying there he and his wife often sent me messages to make sure everything is alright and i dont need anything else. Couldnt be more grateful to stay there and have the support of so many wonderful people. I strongly recommend staying there, specially if you love mountain views with a beautiful sea. Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.
