Best value place! Highly recommended!

The Terrace house was perfect for our large family get together. The pool was amazing, cleaned daily. We were welcomed by the host and made very welcome. Nothing was a problem for the on site host who catered to every need if anything was required. The stay was an exceptional experience.

The place is perfect, very clean , feels like home plus the host is very accommodating and responsive.

Our team stayed in this house for our Team Building and we had an amazing experience! The host was very accommodating with all our questions and requests. The rooms and beds provided were all very spacious so even though there were 9 of us staying in the house, it didn’t ever feel suffocating. There were a total of 3 bathrooms (2 were outside the main house but still very accessible) so it made getting ready much easier, especially since we were all girls! Since the main bathroom is also quite big, it didn’t ever feel too cluttered despite having to share it with multiple people! The back patio space was very useful for our activities and it also became a preferred working space for most of our team who wanted to do some work yet still want to have a view of the sea. The area is also very quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery so you can really take in the vibe of Camiguin. Would highly recommend this place for a long-trip with a big group!

I would suggest to always check the things if functioning before the check inn time.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

It’s a perfect home away from home a family short vacation. Comfortable place to stay and a perfect location for our short trip down CdeO and Bukidnon.

Paul's place is an excellent destination for a relaxing getaway. My family and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The older members of our group, including my mother and aunts, particularly appreciated the pool facilities while the younger ones ventured out for external activities. Although being away from home can be challenging, Paul's place provided us with a welcoming atmosphere, and we received exceptional support from Beng and Lucy.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

처음 예약후 체크아웃까지 응대도 빠르고 요구사항도 잘 해결해주셨습니다. 알로나비치까지 거리는있지만 투어가는데 문제없고요. 조식도 없지만 바로 길건너에 빵집이 있어 그것도 좋았습니다. 수영장도 크고 관리하시는분이 거실 큰 쓰레기도 매일 정리해주어 가족들이 편하게 쉬다갑니다

房东有个漂亮的小花园，三角梅和各种植物养的很好，还有一只可爱的狗和猫，这是我最喜欢的。屋里配备的设施也不错，有院子有阳台，私密性好。厨具餐具都很齐备，适合长租。位置也还不错，离白沙滩步行15分钟，离阿罗娜海滩车程10分钟，也算比较方便。推荐大家来住，很舒服。

I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

Thanks Luna for the great stay ! Super location and close to tourism road with a lot of good restaurants and cafes to stop by. We rented a bike and went on a surfing session through Luna and it was very easy and convenient ! Recommend !

Ma’am Karla is responsive and clear with her instructions. When we arrived, we were assisted well and they were very helpful during our stay. Place is clean and the helpers also assisted us when we prepared our food @ the kitchen. They also have a convenience store @ the front. Thank you so much! ☺️

For what it is, it was worth the price paid. It's small but comfy and cozy. Air conditioning worked great, quiet and peaceful at night, mall close by, nice sitting areas to lounge around in. The two pools looked great but we didn't swim. Also, a known location so never had issues having anything delivered. My only issue and it's a minor one, was no hot water. Luke warm would be a generous description. Since I have family close by I'll use again when I return because of the location and it was just comfortable.

Aaron was very responsive and displayed concern when our flight got redirected. He constantly checked in and adjusted to the changes when we missed the van that was supposed to fetch us from the airport, made arrangements for our port pick up and some requests we made while at the place. The location was just right for what we wanted - not too far from the famous spots but also laid back and peaceful.We will definitely be back and book with IAO Surf Camp again next year!

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

After a long flight the location to the airport was a real boost, flexible check in, parking directly outside. Host was friendly and helpful, on arrival the tv was not working, they had a new one on wall within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this property for quality and friendly responsive hosts. When i need accommodation in butuan again this will be my first port of call. I thank the hosts for the great accommodation and enjoyable stay ❤️
