great place...a home away from home staycation experience...thanks highly recommend to my friends and family visiting calapan oriental mindoro

Stayed there for three weeks on a family vacation. Very surprised how nice the staff treated my family and myself. Great bar with wonderful bartenders, good food as well. Very close to all the city center with so much to do. Like I said earlier the staff always had a smile on there face and helped us when ever we need anything. The front desk help book are ferry tickets at a veryreasonable rate so we didn'thave to go early to the pier and get our reservations. There's and very cool night watchman that look over the complex so it was very safe,and everytime we came back from having dinner we always shared our leftovers with him to much appreciation. It was a very cool and comfortable place.

Her house is beautiful and clean. We are comfortable at his house. The place is not noisy and many shops in the Subdivision Thank you for lending me your apartment .

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family had such a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If you want a comfortable vacation with a lovely view, this is a great choice. The water is stunning with so many different fish to see! If you get the chance, rent their paddle board and head out a little farther; the water gets even clearer, and you’ll find beautiful corals and more marine life. We’ll definitely be back. The stay was in a great location for our needs being 5 minutes walk to the pier , The hosts were very friendly and accommodating

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

The place is cozy , it was a short stay but we still manage to enjoy the whole house good for relaxing coming from the long drive. Thank you

The unit is very nice overall – clean pool, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, cold air conditioning, and a lovely view. The caretaker was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the tap water was quite salty, which made it challenging to wash up, brush our teeth, and cook. It's something to be aware of in advance. One thing to note is that access via stairs might not be convenient for senior citizens, so guests with mobility concerns should take that into consideration. The only real downside was finding centipedes twice – once in a cup and another time in the bathroom while someone was showering. This was concerning, especially with kids around, as it could have been dangerous if they had encountered them first. That said, we truly enjoyed our family time here, made great memories, and would definitely consider coming back in the future.
